i dont know whether this is darkest minds or not so plz help! So i know this book is where there was a sickness that killed most people and a few survived. This book revolved around a young girl who went through the sickness with her sister. After they gained certain powers (don't remember the powers sry)The sister repressed her powers so she didn't know about them until she accidentally used after trying to escape her house because i think she was supposed to be married off?? She soon joined a dangerous group, that trained her and her powers to grow stronger. She and their leader fell in love but in the end he died because of her. The group kicked her and her sister out and that all i can remember. Sry if not all the info. is right. Thx in advance for the help :)

Um...I don't believe that is Darkest Minds, though I have no clue what book that is. O . O They sound like they have similar factors, because there was a sickness that affected children worldwide, and those who survived gained special abilites, becoming either Blue, Green, Yellow, Red, or Orange. The main character escaped from the place that kept her imprisoned, but she was an only child. She kind of joined a group, but I don't want to give too much away if you haven't read it yet but want to. The male character was falling for the main character faster than she was falling for him, in my opinion, but he wasn't exactly a leader of a dangerous group? Again, don't want to give too much away, but from what it sounds like the book you described is definitely not Darkest Minds. I'd recommend reading it, though. Hope this helps. ^^
