Angela was given coaching by other dancers her first night. Was any of this insightful or enlightening to you?

I would like to believe there were other dancers who would encourage a newcomer, even though the regulars might lose big tips (source of their income). I think I'm too jaded to imagine it would happen often.

I found it interesting that the women escape mentally while they're performing, their way of coping. Even Angela was surprised at how difficult her first time was mentally. It was an important moment for me as the women aren't enjoying any aspect of it until they go to their "happy place."
