In the story, she knew the details of the necessary kind of behavior required of an undercover agent, so once I learned about her training (which was a stretch for a newbie operative IMHO), I expected she'd have to follow through.

Of course, I despise the idea of exploitation of women, even when same women might not think they are being exploited, in real life.

I still cringe that she had to take her clothes off. It really bothered me as, like you, I find female exploitation despicable and demeaning. Had a tough time with this one though she handled it well.

I think I blocked the reason she gave for taking those "dance" lessons in the first place. If I were a member of her family, I'd have hit the roof!
