I am in the mood for Dan Simmons or f Paul Wilson, what books by those authors would people vote on? I'm kind of in the mood for another epic, the terror worked well as a group read. Had anyone read his new one yet?

I have The Abominable but haven't started it yet. On the Dan Simmons group those that have read it did not seem to like it as much as The Terror. I'd definately be up for a Dan Simmons though no matter what is picked.

I'm reading Summer of Night. It's really good. The Terror kind of lost me, but this one I'm enjoying. I've got The Keep by Wilson, but I think some ppl have read that already.

I'd be interested in reading from F Paul Wilson if it is suggested, possibly Summer of Night. I plan on reading my newest book from F Paul either later this month or next month, but won't be nominating it as it is the book from the newest Maelstrom set of books from Thunderstorm Books, so I wouldn't be surprised if I was the only one here who has it.

I am tempted to nominate Night of the Wendigo by William Meikle as it is very suitable for winter reading.

I could have swore that came out at the same time as Sixty-Five Stirrup Iron Road a week or two ago. I got review copys for both from deadite press so if not it will be out soon. Guess I will save that suggestion for another month.

Yea you should have gotten the same review copies as I did. I forgot that the lovecraft collection is free on the person who put it together fan site but cost a little bit on Amazon. I know you don't have the means to download from a site and get it to your kindle but I can send it to you if you want. The copyrights are all expired and it is free anyway.
