What type of collab are you looking for?:
-Maybe he sees his best friend again but she is much older and he doesn't understand why? We could make to where she sees him and she is trying to help him track the killer. The plot twist will be where he remembers it was her father. (Probably will cause a dent in their relationship...man I am cruel XD)
-Father/son or Mother/son relationship
-Close friend
-Possible new love interest?

Oh my gosh I <3 Carl. I have Laneya Grace that is still pretty open for just about anything. She will be about 12 or 13. And I'm trying to decide whether she'll be a tenant or resident.
Oh awesome! Hmm...maybe she sees him and is initially afraid of him but she is also curious. They end up being friends and he ends up having a crush on her or something along those lines? Also I was thinking he could be like her protector?

Sure that works. I'm probably have someone make her older brother or something since her parents dead almost a year ago and her brother got a scholarship at a university but because he has to take care of her, and such.

Yeah I was trying to figure out why she would be there and my morbid streak came out.

Beck is a bitter ghost in the Murder House.

Looking for two characters- a brother, and his brother’s fiancé. Beckley and his brother were always close, although Beck was rather horrid and his brother quite the opposite. When his brother found love and got engaged, his girlfriend pregnant and depressed, Beck murdered them both in a jealous fit. The next day, realising what he had done, he killed himself as his brother (the only person who understood him) was dead. All three of them are ghosts.
Also looking for love. Beck is pansexual, so any gender is fine. Preferably someone innocent and wide eyed.

She is the badass of the two, but he is very protective over her and they have a real good relationship.
