I'd say it is, as I've found the second book in the series on here, which lists the author's other name:https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2...
It's most likely that the book was published under one name (as can be seen from the cover), then the author decided to use another.
Have updated the info on the first book, so it links to the author's GR profile, and have added the new cover as an ACE: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/2....
It will be up to the author themselves if they wish to set the new cover as the default.
Amazon lists this book as written by C.C. Cartwright. Is she the same person?
