Thought was adding an edition, but it added a whole new book entry??

Original book: ISBN #0060235411

I own a different version than the one above already entered into Goodreads. When I clicked on editions, I saw the add a new edition link, clicked it and added my book information. It does not have an ISBN # so I left it blank, but I did add the illustrator. Now instead of a different edition it lists the book separately. Did I do something incorrect?

Also can someone combine these entries so it's listed as one of the editions?

Is there a way to add a cover photo after a book has been added?

No, that's just what it does, sad to say. I've combined the editions.

You should be able to edit the record to upload a cover image.
