I submitted an application for an author profile over a week ago. I still haven't received an email. Might there be a problem?

It can take a while for approval, do you have a published book? if not less likely to get accepted unless you have an entry on GR with publishing date and other information.Other than that GR Librarians have no input to author accounts process
Yes. My book has been on Amazon for about ten days. Who do I contact about this? Assuming another week goes by.
Is your book already on GR? If it isn't, please give a link to its Amazon page and a librarian will add it.
Yes it is. I can't find myself when I do an author search though.
