Any other Dan fans out there? I loved him in Little Men, and I think his character became even more awesome in Jo's Boys. I felt SO sorry for him through the course of the book, and I cried buckets when he (SPOILER) died. :(

I know, it was sad, because I like Dan, he was a complicated boy in Little Men, but he grow up well in Jo's Boys and also it was sad his sadly love for Bessie :(

I absolutely loved Dan!!!! And I was so disappointed and let down by Jo when she wouldn't even try to help him get his happy ending :( :(!
