Yoo-hoo, I can't find you. :D
I'm ROSEO TX

Shelby, I just added you as a buddy on PBS. I thought you were already my buddy....Anyway, I have like three of your wish list books on my shelf that I still need to read. Will post them for you when I finish them!

(So we don't think it's for the Public Broadcasting Channel :)

I have no idea what my display name is, but my email is sarahmay227@gmail.com if anyone wants to add me. I sent out some buddy list invites already.

Okay PBS buddies. I will admit I am pathetic. I have been entering blog contests to try to win Michelle Moran's new book Cleopatra's Daughter (in fact I have entered 20 separate giveaways for this book. LOL) Well this morning I was a second place winner, and will be receiving not Cleopatra, but instead her book The Heretic Queen. I am excited to win, but wasn't worried much about getting this book because I am #1 on PBS for the paperback version of this. So my question is...would anyone like my PBS copy of The Heretic Queen when it comes available since I don't need it now? The Heretic Queen is the sequal to Nefertiti, which we read here on Chicks a few months back.

Sheila, I have The Heretic Queen on my PBS wishlist (I think), so I'd be very excited if you wouldn't mind sending it to me! Just let me know when you're about to post it by PMing me, pretty please :o)
Sarah, I am going to keep the copy of The Heretic Queen that I won, and am passing on the wishlist copy that could be available any time (since I am now #1 one the wishlist at PBS for the paperback copy). So if you want to private message me your mailing address, I'll just have PBS ship The Heretic Queen to you when it comes available (since it allows you to enter an alternate address to ship to).

It says the domain address is http://cyndil62.paperbackswap.com
On the pbs website on the "my account" tab there should be a spot to click that says "buddy list". That will show you all your buddies. One nice thing about the buddy list is then you can browse your buddies bookshelves, and if you see something you want you can order directly from them (instead of buying it from a stranger). And you can look at your buddies wishlists too, and if you see that one of your friends has a book listed that you have, you can send it directly to them (instead of sending it to some anonymous person on pbs who might also be wishing for it).

I did too Teri. I am glad someone set me straight and was thrilled to find the site. :)
