April looked around she was the only girl sitting next to him. "Never mind." She said and opened her laptop.
"Sorry I've been working on my pick up lines all day." Jake smirked.
She laughed. "You need ta keep working on them. My four year old brothers have better pick up lines then you."

"Oh thanks." He said sarcastically. "First Amari said I can't tell jokes and now I'm not good at pick up lines. Now all I have to rely on is my good looks." He smiled.

Jake looked up the book on his computer. He looked at a couple reviews. "Well got a lot of good reviews so its worth reading...the question is does it have a movie?"
"I dont know." She shrugghed.
He searched it up. "Aw man no movie. We're gonna have to read the book." He groaned.
"Look how big it is like 1000 pages in this book." He sighed.
"Uh huh." She said and typed it into you tube. "How bout we listen to it?" She asked.
"That's so much easier. Why didn't I think of that?" He smirked.
She smiled and took out her pink head phones and plugged them in.
"Note to self. Stop reading." Jake smirked.
She laughed amd handed him a ear bud.
He put it in his ear and listened.
She put hers in her ear and clpsed her eyes.
"So this is really long." She said to him.
He nodded "Who's idea was it to make this book?"
"Whos idea was it to make books period." She said.
"Exactly!" Jake said a little loud. He heard tons of ssshes.
She laughed amd played with her blue hair listing to tje book.
"This book is sooooo boring." He sighed.
"I know but i need to pass." She said.
"Me too. I'm already failing most of my classes." He nodded.
"Im not i just have to pass." She said
"Eh I'm already in trouble for getting someone else to do my last project for me." He shrugged.
"Yeah I just had to pay him a couple bucks." Jake smirked.
She laughed. "Wow. Who," she asked.
"I don't even know his name." He said.
She laughed a little harder. "Okay lets get one thing straight, im not doing your homework for you i am helping you with it." She said to him.
"Kay." He nodded and smirked. "I'll try and remember."
She laughed again and continued listing.
He smiled and listened while pulling out his phone.
april took out her phone as well. Megan sent her a photo of the twins and she smiled.
"My twin brothers. They are adorable arnt they?" She asked showing him her phone.
Jake smirked "Do you have any other siblings?"
She nodded. "We're all adopted but yeah. I have a sister my same age the twins are 4. And i have a foster brother who is 14. He gets adopted this year." She said with a smile.
Jake nodded "I wish I was adopted." He smirked.
She poked his cheek. "Its the part that comes before that that is living hell." She said.
"I know. I already survived hell." He shrugged.
