Abbot chuckled and patted her shoulder. "It's alriiiiight. If it makes you feel any better, ninety five percent of Americans wish they were British."
"No idea." Abbot shrugged. "I like the book so far. Sophie's cool but I'm hesitant about this Fitz guy."
"Can't exactly say for sure. . ." Avery trailed off as she recollected her thoughts about the boom so far. "I think I should read more before i tell you."((What, Keefe?))
"Nope," Avery shook her head. "Why?"((Ah, I see. *whispers to Abbot* He is not a pretty boy. He seems like that at first but later on he is definitely cool! *nod nod*))
((Abbot: *whispers back* Good to know weird deity lady))"Well cause we're gonna need a way to contact each other for our book review," Abbot said. "How about an email?"
"Maybe that," Avery said slowly, pulling out her iPod touch. "But this is the only way I communicate with other people."((Sorry. Not a deity and never will be. :D))
"Well I use to contact my parents," Avery said, flicking the screen back and forth. "You could give me your email and I can give you mine."
"Alrighty." Abbot gave her his email in this formatting way so I don't have to come up with an email for him.
"That's right," Avery face palmed. "I've lived her for three years and I still haven't got it right."
((It's Sakura! :D))Abbot bobbed his head from side to side in a so-so motion. "Technically yes. I'm from Hawaii. We don't have the general weird American phrases."
((Haha! So it is. :D))"Weird, American phrases, huh?" Avery snorted loudly. "I thought Hawaii was part of the states."
((:D))"It is. We're out of the big part though. We try to scrounge up as much separation as possible." Abbot chuckled.
"Huh," Avery rested her chin on a clenched fist, her elbow resting on the armchair, "So how many states are in America?"
"So nowbthat our reading match is over, any ideas on what to do next?" Avery asked, staring at the ceiling. "I find your company to be quite relaxing so I want to have a rather nice day if you don't mind."
Abbot smiled. "Well that is certainly good to know. We could just go for a walk," he suggested. "Go drop our books off at our dorms and go walk around the park or something?"
"I'd like that," Avery said, smiling brightly at the thought of spending more time with her friend. "I'll just drop this off at my dorm and meet you at . . . where ever we can walk?"

Sighing, she said, "Very well. You have beat my country."
