"Family dinner?" Tatiana asked with a dryness in her voice "Those are always greeaaat." she said with as much sarcasm as she dared.

"Yeah, I agree with that." Taliah said with a nod. Her parents was okay but the rest of her family... no way. "So do you want to get something to eat?" she asked.

Tatiana raised an eyebrow, "Your parents run the school?" she asked.

Taliah smiled as she thought of the other question because she knew that Tatiana would focus on the headmistress thing. "Um... I don't know, where do you like to go?" she asked Autumn.

"My mom runs the school my dad-"August managed.to reach her mouth. "Alright autumn where do you want to eat?" he knew autumn would just talk o. and on.

Taliah smiled as August covered Autumn's mouth and cut off her words, "Well, we can go to the diner? Ice cream place? One of our dorms and we can cook?" she asked.

Tatiana nodded and agreed with Taliah, waiting for an answer.

Tatiana raised an eyebrow at this, "Why?" she asked about the dorms, "That seems sort of strange, how are people supposed to meet each other and be friends if they can't even go in one another's dorms?" she asked honestly a little upset at the, in her opinion, ridiculous rule.

Taliah didn't know this rule either and she didn't like it one bit, she just frowned but nodded to Autumn's excitement "Yeah, ice cream is good." she said trying to take the gloom from her voice.

Rory walked into the library with a happy sigh, he had moved away from Ireland and to America sometime last year and the only time he ever felt close to bring 'at home' was when he entered a library. He picked a chair to sit on and took off his coat and scarf before sitting, taking out a book and reading it, and taking his thumb under the single, charmless, thin gold chain that fell just above the neck of his shirt.

Anastasia walked into the library with a stack of books piled so high you couldn't see her face and she couldn't see where she was going. She somehow found the librarians desk and sat the books down without killing anyone. With a sigh she brushed the annoying strand of hair that always fell in her face and pushed up her glasses. She looked around the huge room and saw the bookshelf where the next book lay on display. Unfortunatly it was next to a boy. Which led to social interaction. She went tword the book anyway. "Hey sorry ima just gonna grab this. " She pulled it off of the shelf and plopped down in the chair next to the strange boy.

After spending an hour looking for the book he needed, he finally found it. A book with tips and how to's for photography. He knew pretty much everything there was to know but his teacher had told him to go outside the box and not take pictures of nature all the time. Not really thinking he grabbed the book and hurried off to a random table. He pulled out a chair and sat down, not noticing the other people sitting there already. He was too focused on reading this book. He took his camera off of his neck and set it down on the table before he began to read on taking portrait pictures of people.

Rory looked up from his book when the girl talked to him and he debated whether to use his true accent or his American accent as he sometimes did, he was going to go with the American accent, but then he heard her accent... Russian, or Ukrainian maybe? He smiled at her and nodded "Aye, that's alright, Ima just reading anyhow, ya won't bother me any." he said in his usual thick, yet still clear and understandable, accent. "If I may, is it Russia?" he asked kindly, hoping it was alright to ask. As he was asking a boy sat beside them with a camera, goodness, he hoped that no pictures of himself would be taken, even after being in theater and videos before he has never liked being in pictures, even though he always let his sister take pictures of him, taking them was another story though. At that thought he felt a wave of a painful memory of losing his sister not long ago, he sighed quietly, but kept a kind smile on for the girl.

Anastasia glanced up from her book "Yes Moscow actually. I'm terrible with geography but is yours Irish or Scottish. It's great by the way, Your accent" She didn't like her accent. No one could ever understand what she was saying because she couldn't pronounce v's for the life of her. She looked over at the boy that had sat down at the table and gave a friendly smile.

Jack froze for a second and looked up, hearing people talk. He must have been to distracted to realize he sat down at a table with people at it already. He grabbed his camera and put it back around his neck. He gave the girl and small smile back. He wasn't much of a social person after the things that had happen with his dad.

Rory nodded and made note to learn more about Moscow because as he looked back in his 'memory storage' as he called it, he couldn't recall much about Moscow. He smiled "Aye, I'm Irish." he said "Thanks, but the downside to an Irish accent is that rarely ever do people understand what I'm sayin' without some troubles on my part." he explained "I've always admired other accents though, yours is lovely." he said kindly before looking to where she was smiling at the boy beside them, he had looked up from the book he was reading and being the outgoing person that Rory normally was he smiled as well, "Hello." he said nicely "Oh, I'm Rory by the way. It's quite nice to meet both of ya, you actually happen to the first I've talked to at the school pretty much, other than the grand librarian." he said to both of the people sitting by him or he guessed to anyone listening.

"I am Anastaisa. I totally get how you feel I cannot say zee letter V without serious concentration. My accent is way to heavy" What lovely people. Anastasia rarely met actual people that didn't criticize her. Shewas always criticized 'you failed this test, you couldn't make that jump, get it right the first time.'

Jack looked between the two of them as he gain the courage to at least say his name. "Um.. Jack." He said quietly. "My names Jack." He looked down at the book then back up at them. "Nice to meet you too." Unlike the two of them, he had a normal accent. Well somewhat, he had a slight British accent but it kind of hard to detect. He lived in England for a few years when he was adopted the second time. Long enough for him to pick up the accent and still have it slightly.

Rory nodded 'Anastasia and Jack' he thought to himself and stored in his memory, he hated forgetting people's names so he tried his best to remember. "I can understand the heavy accent thing, until a few years ago I swear I couldna say 'th' with a 'th' sound, and I still don't use that skill often." he said with a nod, his own accent was quite heavy, though normally he used a bit of his talent to keep it light and understandable it always got a bit hard to understand when he was tired. He was pretty tired after walking around the campus and saying goodbye to his Ma, so he was glad that he could allow his accent to slack with the 'th' sounds that always sounded like a 't'or a 'd' unless he concentrated and finishing words completely and abruptly was another thing that the Irish didn't excel at. Rory smiled kindly at both of them and nodded again, "Do you like taking photographs Jack?" he asked with interest, "My sister loves tak... loved taking photographs." he said, correcting the grammar that he wasn't sure he would ever get used to, past tense just wasn't right, she was his sister! But he kept all of those emotions at bay with a still interested smile.

One thing about Anastasia was she was a huge English nerd. She loved the language. She was also very good and noticing things. Something had obviously happened to this guys sister. She was guessing a tragic death. She knew all about tragic deaths. That phone call when they say you lost your loved one then the feeling that you will never find happiness again. Ah yes she had experienced the feeling... 2ce. She hadn't had contact with her father since her mother died but she figured he still loved her. She just didn't want to be around anything that reminded her of her mum right now. She shot Rory a sympathetic smile but didn't say anything stupid like sorry for your loss She knew when they say that, that they aren't sorry. They don't even understand.

Jack looked down at his camera and smiled. "Yeah. I love photography. It's my life." He said with a shrug. He picked up on the whole past tense thing, but didn't say anything about it. He also understood what it was like to loose someone, even though he wasn't completely upset when his father died. He knew he should have been upset but after what he did to Jack, it was hard to be sad that he was gone. He didn't know what else to say to them. He placed on hand on his camera, a nervous habit. His camera helped keep him from having a anxiety attack, it was a comfort thing.

Rory smiled gently as Anastasia gave him a smile with clear sympathy. He cursed himself internally for being so obvious in his loss and hurt even though just over a year had passed since, but he again kept all of those emotions deep down. "That's quite nice, I couldna pick just one thing for my favorite thing, I'da have too hard of a time picking." he said with a little laugh. He loved theater and singing and literature... he couldn't pick just one. He noticed the hand on the camera and smiled a bit, he did the same with his thin gold chain, it always reminded him to be calm.

Anastasia grinned "Ah it's easy for me i would choose snowboarding." She loved snowboarding it was so easy to loose yourself just gliding down a hill. She remembered snowboarding with her family. She went snowboarding with her boyfriend the night before he was shot. Pain and fear flashed through her eyes for a brief second. She remembers leaving the house in sheer fury and going to the slope where she last was with her love. She spent the whole day mindlessly going up and down the slope until she passed out with exhaustion and was found by a couple minutes later and transported to the hospital where she awoke and found out she almost died from hypothermia. if i had died then would i be with him? She thought grimly

Jack made a face when she said snowboarding. "I can't do sportsy stuff. I'm too clumsy." He a little 'Whatever' shrug. The last time he did something athletic he ended up in the hospital with a concussion from hitting his head on the ground really hard. That was about five years ago and he refuses to do anything athletic now, afraid he might hurt himself even worse then that time. For a full week he wasn't able to use his camera because they considered it an electronic.

Rory saw pain in Anastasia's eyes similar to his own and he returned the sympathetic smile she had given him. He grinned at Jack's reply to her favorite thing and he nodded, "You know, Jack, I quite enjoy your company because we already appear to have similar views on things. I immensely agree with the no sports." he said honestly, with a chuckle. He did dance and stuff of the sort, but he had never been and never will be good at sports, he just wasn't made for that.
