How old is Rowanheart, Emma? It would depend on how old he is, as I don't know when Bramblestar died... it was around 5 moons ago, so it really depends.

Would it be okay for WindClan to take in a loner kit?

I think that would depend on the leader. I don't see any problem with it, but are you thinking of it as creating the kit at kit-stage, or have it in their background? Quite a few cats have been taken in from kittypet/loner lives, so I think it would be ok :) If you want to do it from roleplaying the kit going into WindClan, then I'd recommend discussing it with the WindClan leader's writer, and probably Arieya when she's back.
