Marco sat down on a bench out front a business building, he was told jobs were easy to get but failure after another was not good for him. He looked down at his lap, he just needed to unwind.

Ryan was walking down the street with his brother and his brothers wife, he was laughing as his brother picked him up bridal style, " Put me down Theo!" Ryan squealed, but of course Theo didn't listen.

Marco heard a bunch of laughing and then a squeal looking up to see two guys and a women walking down happily. He watched them for a moment thinking about how nice it would be to just hang out with some friends and not worry about getting the stupid job.

Ryan squirmed out of his brothers grasp and he looked around, his gaze landed on Marco.

Marco's blue eyes flashed in Panic, he saw him. He nervously shot his eyes back to his hands in his lap.

Marco fidgeted slightly as he hear footsteps approaching him.

" Hey, you look down in the dumps," Ryan says as he sits next to Marco.

Marco lifted his eyes to the kid, "Uh..." He couldn't find the words almost like his tongue forgot how to speak. "Well, yeah i guess." he let out a bit of a sigh a small smile forming at the corners of his mouth.

Marco pushed his hair back with one hand "I'm looking for a place to hire me but its been a couple weeks and no ones called me back so im kind of hopeless right now"

Marco looked up like he was trying to think, "Well I have a college degree and a high school degree. Im good with kids, I have a degree in art and science. I also graduated with business management." At this point he was kind of murmuring to himself before his eyes met Ryan's again. "Sorry, i was rambling wasn't I?"

Ryan smiled, " Hey it's fine, Yo Theo!" Ryan calls, his brother looked up and he jogged over, " What's up?" Theo asked. " You know how you need an babysitter for your kids?" Ryan asked, " Yeah?" Theo replied. Ryan pointed to Marco. " Give me your name age, and everything about you," Theo says to Marco.

Marco looked a little nervous and overwhelmed "Uh... Marco Nelson, Im 20... 6 foot 180 pounds. Birthday October 24..." He looked a little nervous, was this a job interview.

"I have older brother named edward who is in the military and two younger sisters named Ellie and Lily who are only 10 and 11." Marco was trying to think of any useful information that he would share. "Im originally from Ireland but my family moved here when i was 5 so i don't know much about my roots and i went to college locally" you could almost see that he was starting to sweat. "Uh... i have a tattoo on my left shoulder."

Theo nods, " Ah, hmm, " How do you deal with twin seven year old girls and boys?" Theo asked.

Marco's eyes lit up and you could see that special starry twinkle. "I've been told that i do well with kids, but i think all kids are different and usually don't like people they aren't familiar with but im perfectly ok with that" He straightened himself a bit, this was the weirdest thing thats ever happened to him.

" Theo...." Ryan says, " Hmm, your hired, can you start tomorrow?" Theo replied.

Marco looked at him a little shocked and stood to his feet realizing just how short Ryan was and then looked at Theo "I would be glad too." his gaze then settled on Ryan "Thank you"

Theo smiled, " Your welcome, if you know where the Heely house is, our house is right next to it," Theo says.

Marco thought about it "I actually don't know where that is" he admitted kind of shyly.

Ryan looked at Theo's wife, Amanda, " Here's the address for their house, and our house," Amanda says as she hands Marco an slip of paper with two addresses.

Marco looked over the paper hoping he wouldn't get lost and then nodded "Uh... thanks as he shoved his hand into his back pocket handing Theo a paper with a number on it "This is my number, call me with times or plans" he said glancing at Ryan and then back to Theo.

Ryan nods, Theo smiled, " Hey Ry, your probably gonna need to hold this for me, you know I lose things easily," Theo says, Ryan smirked, he nods, " Yeah you do," Ryan says and then Theo lunged at his brother, Ryan easily hid behind Marco.

Marco lifted an arm to try and see Ryan, gasping nervously "oh, hey" he muttered.

Ryan grins, " Hey back, now keep your arm down and protect me from my own brother," Ryan says with a small laugh, Theo looked at Marco, " Ah, you can have him, just remind him that we're his ride home," Theo says with a small smile.

Marco looked around "I... uh... huh?" He put his arm back down like he was told and looked at Theo a little horrified but knew he was joking.

Theo winked at Marco, and he prenteded to leave with Amanda at his side, Ryan squeaked and he dashed away from behind Marco, " Ahha!" Theo exclaimed as he tackled his brother to the ground.

Marco covered his mouth as he laughed slightly, he then looked down at the paper with the address's on it shoving it into his pocket for safe keeping.
