Let's talk about the first hundred pages of the book here.

Definitely most excited about this one!

Okay, about sixty pages in, and I kept getting slightly confused because Verity was writing in Maddie's POV and I had to keep reminding myself that she was talking about Maddie without being there herself. Frustrating.

Alright, so I read past page 100, I can't say I'm into the book. In fact, a little bored, even though I find all the information interesting. Maybe it's the slow pace.

But I hear it gets better further on. So if you aren't feeling it, give it a chance.

Yea I am 34 pages in and I am having a hard time getting into it. I am going to stick with it though!

I read this book a while I ago and I can definitely vouch that it gets better as you go. The plot gets more involved and (hopefully) you'll get more invested in the characters.

You should definitely stick with it. It does get better.
