Reviews - Can the same person leave a review twice?

I have had an author ask me a question I have never been asked before. The author has two separate reviews (two star reviews) both from the same person; one as a blogger and one as herself. I think I know the answer to this question but just wanted to check what the policy is. Thanks.

This is not a librarian issue, more like the Feedback Group.
However, if you think something is not correct with reviews, you/they can flag or contact Goodreads support.

I think people can and there's no way to prevent it. This is not an issue for the Librarians group though, but for the Feedback group.
