I'm in. I read a lot in general. I'll say that in July I will read at least 12 books (I'm slowing down a lot). It may be more, but at least 12.
I apologize for taking so long on this.Teams:
Team 1: Nikinnia, Gracie, and Dee
Team 2: Annie, Lexi, Cortney
Team 3: Mods
All right, I'll make threads for planning and reviews in a bingo folder.
We're planning to use
for Bird's Eye view. It's all third person and switches perspective between four or five characters throughout, will that count? Wasn't sure exactly what you had in mind for this one.
As long as it is told with multiple points of view through different characters eyes I don't care. It could be told in first person through different people or in third person by different people. Basically, it fits.
Well...you know me full of questions. So here's another. How are we doing the page counts? Just the edition we read or default to a certain edition?

Yep. The first one I turned in was the highest, so I'll go check the second one now.

Guys, I'll post winners tomorrow. I'm sorry, today has been pretty busy for me. Also, if you're interested, I'll be creating a summer scavenger hunt challenge which, given enough interest, will be a team challenge. I'll post rules and such now and the full list tomorrow. We'll officially start on August 6th and end on September 6th to account for the late start.

This challenge will run from July 1 to July 31 pacific time. All books must be read and reviewed within those dates. As many of you have requested a team challenge and we don't have enough members for big teams, this challenge will be a partner challenge. Please sign up by June 24 so that you have time to come up with a team name and plan.
This is a variation of bingo. Instead of completing one row/column/diagonal bingo, your goal is to complete all categories as a team as many times as you can. I will give bonus points for completing the board--10 for completion of the board once and 12, 14, 16 and so on for successful completions again.
Rules:
1. No graphic/manga novels.
2. No novellas or books less than 100 pages.
3. All books must be read and reviewed between July 1 and July 31 pacific time.
4. When signing up, please post how many books you read a month. I'll try and match you with a partner of similar reading speeds.
Points:
One point per book
One point per buddy read.
Two points per description completed.
10 points for first successful completion of all categories.
Two points for every 500 pages read.
Each subsequent completion of the board will earn you (12, 14, etc) points.
If you need help finding books for the different categories or are unsure if a book fits, don't hesitate to ask. Teams will be posted on the 25 giving you time to plan.
Lastly, have fun!
