Ashlee Willis (ashleewillis) My book, not yet published, popped up on Goodreads a couple days ago and I've no idea how . . . I have done a cover reveal, so other people have had access to the cover image and blurb. However, I didn't realize that just anyone could add a new book on Goodreads. Doesn't that mean they'd have to have got into my account in some way? How does that work? I'm a bit concerned, not to mention disappointed that I was not the one to be able to post my own book at the time of my choosing.

Any user can add a new book record to Goodreads.

It's a good sign when that happens for forthcoming books, though. It generally indicates excitement about the forthcoming book.
