My mom was quite excited to suggest this book to me. I'm nearly done with it now. It's quite likable, though I'm failing to see what she loves so much about it. Maybe it's on the 20 pages or so I'm missing.
It's about a man whose father was wrongly convicted of murder and tries to prove his innocence. The story is compelling, but it took me a while to really get into the book. I suppose I'm getting tired of detective stories, and that's weird because I'm a hardcore Sherlock and Agatha Christie fan. Maybe it's because I've read too many of this kind of stories.
