This book is a really fun, easy read. I don't know how I feel about Peter. I mean he is the stereotypical guy all the girls are madly in love with, but he is kind of (okay, definitely) a jerk. I was really surprised that Lara Jean just ran up and kissed him. I am really excited to see what Genevieve does and where Lara and Peter's "relationship" goes.
I liked when LJ was talking about how Peter and her use to be friends and there was a whole gang of them in middle school but how it's funny that in school friends from childhood has to do with proximity and how who your best friend was is correlated to how close your houses are; who you sit next to in class; and how close your names are in the alphabet. (page 36-37) Does anyone else remember it being that way in elementary? Because I do! Made me nostalgic.
I don't like Chris. She just reminds me of the girls I tried to stay away from in high school. Curious to see if she gets LJ into trouble.

I'm enjoying this more than I was in the first 5 chapters. I was considering putting it down for a later read but I've decided to continue. It's so easy to read and I can't ignore all the good reviews I've heard and read so I hope it lives up to my expectations. I definitely like LJ a lot more now and I feel like her POV is a lot more mature than it came off in the first five chapters. I'm excited to continue.
