Although Karns actions, i.e., photographing the Amish without their knowledge is not illegal, it is certainly repulsive and repugnant. What did you think of his character?

If he is not technically on the sex offenders list, I think he ought to be on the radar for the type of photography he does. If he had a moral compass, it was broken to smithereens.

He doesn't seem to have any moral compass whatsoever. He has no problem with targeting the Amish. In fact, he deliberately chooses them as his victims because he knows they won't sue him.

Unfortunately, he is another character that had no follow up :0(
