Hi all!! I'm kinda new to goodreads, however, I have done quite a load of RP before, so I pretty much have an idea of what I'm doing and all. Anyone want to do something along these lines with me?

(A more realistic situation, we could possibly add some fantasy twists, but it's kind of a reverse princess diaries maybe? I'm sure there might be some movie or book like this)

A young prince (or duke or whatever, but for the current sake of writing this, I'm going to use prince) just wants to experience a life that's more normal. Something different from his royal routine. And he wants to find someone he loves without his family and wealth being a factor. He doesn't want to marry some high up princess or anything else. So he begs and pleads with his parents to go to university. And a university somewhere far enough away that not many would know him. Somewhere there would be all sorts of people.

A young girl from ____ (I don't know where yet) has worked ridiculously hard to get into the school of her dreams. She barely made it in and the small scholarship she got, has to be kept, or else she'll be going home.

When the two meet, it's not exactly love at first sight, but over time, the two grow closer, in a slow, but meaningful way.

Alright. That's just the starting it off bit. I want to add in a lot of fun plot twists. I already have on in mind for when we get further along. My only requirements is that you allow me to be the girl (just for this one.. If you have another idea for another thread, I will very willingly be the boy since I have a character look I really want to use) and that you're on daily and will give like a paragraph response (at least of course).

Hopefully someone wants to do this with me. Like I said, if you have any idea that you've been waiting to use and just need someone to be the guy, I volunteer :]

Faeries have always been fighting since the beginning of the millennium. Evil vs Good. King vs King. There may be no solution to ever solving it except for the good king’s daughter that is. He never thought it would come down to this...to the point where he would have to sacrifice his daughter for the good of his people. Never since he became king or since his wife gave birth and died shortly after.

The Good King’s daughter was only seventeen at the time of when he had to decide and his daughter loved him dearly. Always took very good care of him and even stood there even when she was always in a foul mood or wasn’t feeling up to it but she did it. But she didn’t see this coming at all. The fact that her father would do this to her. She trusted him not knowing her mother died during childbirth. The daughter thought she was losing everything. The father she cared for. The animals she always took care of and that took care of her every time she went into the forest.

But this time things were changing for the worse. You could say after she had her things packed and said her goodbyes to her father and everyone it would feel better when she went to the dark king’s castle but it didn’t. The princess was thrown to the king’s son who would be next in line. Basically she was his slave. Never treated her rightly at all. Pretended to do but only to pretend. The princess was locked to her bed every night. After the prince was done with her he would chain her to the bed. Yet somehow he would feed her his evil aura and his evil strength by either touching her or giving her shots with the black liquid pouring into her system. She could feel it every day and tried to resist it as much as possible but it was like her body just gave into it and took it one step at a time. However it was one night when the prince forgot to chain her to her bed that she went to him hoping to try and get rid of him and his father once and for all. The princess was readying herself just to kill him but by the time she got to him he was behind her holding her and automatically she just let go of the object and just relaxed to his touch. It was like he was her drug and she couldn’t get enough of him or the dark energy he gave to her.

*I have everything already thought out for this part. So there will be some what doubles if we can incorporate another female than by all means let’s do it.*
-I would like to start where the princess has to leave her father and just go from there unless we do is when she’s already packed and is at the other King’s castle already.
-Characters will consist of: King(Good), King(Evil), Prince(Evil), Princess(Good), another female can be added. I’ll play the princess and the King(Evil) since playing the good would be awkward and weird because it would look like the king is talking to the daughter. But I think you get my drift.
-I do want to get back into detailed role plays and I mean more like advanced so I do want to try and at least aim for up to 4 paragraphs. If not 4 then at least 3. I get it we have bad days or forget and all that jazz. Even I have days like that but I want someone to at least challenge me and stuff to get up to at least 3. (hide spoiler)]

There once who was an Earl but also a vampire of the vampire royal family he came from and protected his identity hidden but always was a player at the same time. He bought slaves left and right like it was no one’s business and then when he was done either feeding on them or using them he threw them out. But this one slave he bought was different than any other slave. It was a faerie. Faerie’s were always known by their blood. Always tasted so rich, so sweet, and even so exotic compared to other people’s blood. Automatically he wanted her. For her blood and for her body. The Earl enjoyed the sight of her so much to not realize she was quite the stubborn type but also a tomboy at heart. However she listened to commands to well except when she wanted to fight him and try to run away either to a different room or leave the house she just stood there like she seen a ghost. Maybe because it was of his controlling and yet dominating aura? Probably. Or maybe it was because he would whisper sweet nothing’s in her ear and she would fall for it each time. Yet she changed his personality. For the good at least. It was when he had to introduce her to his family which was all of royal blood they thought nothing of her. Except she was just a faerie they could use. However the way his mother and father saw how he acted around her made them realize they shouldn’t take lightly of this. Knowing that the Earl was usually a player. This fair honestly couldn’t believe she was changing him but he was changing her as well. She just fell every time for his touch. The way he stroked her cheek and how he kissed her neck. Love was definitely in the air but he still had his controlling personality still going which she kind of liked. The way he held her tightly and always held her against his chest while whispering sweet nothing’s made her just want to be with him which she did. They had their ups and downs but made it through.

*No doubles for this one. Just singles. However when the Earl goes with the Fairy to see his families there will be either of us playing the family members but after that there won’t be any doubles.*

-Characters; Earl (Vampire) Fairy (Slave)
-I kind of want to start where he first finds her at the slave market and go from there.
-Same thing about paragraphs as stated in the first plot idea.

*Beauty and the Beast type of scenario*
A beast is what he was called by everyone in the village he entered every once a week except for one girl who didn’t fear his monstrosity. She thought of it as a beautiful person but in his own way just like everyone else who had their own beauty. She thought he was pretty interesting from what she saw. This girl was the daughter of the blacksmith in the village and was only heading home from the forest where she usually spent her time relaxing and in her own thoughts until she fell over something. The girl didn’t know what it was but someone helped her out. To her knowledge it was the beast who everyone feared. He was a demon of sorts. Ravens always flocked to him. The girl was interested in him but some what scared. Not fearful to the point where she would flee but curious scared. She would gently pet the raven’s that flocked to her or let one sit on her arm to feel it nuzzle her neck which made her laugh. Ever since that day she would always leave mid-evening and tell her dad she was out to pick some things up or spend the night in the forest. But all in all it was to spend time with the beast. He wasn’t any ordinary beast. He was a demon of sorts. His face was blue and his eyes would glow a mixture of light and some what bright blue with the hair color of onyx. Yet to her he was a beauty to behold. Her father and her mother though caught on to her lies and followed her one day to see it was the beast. They tried to take her away but the beast kept her from arms length from them. Until she told him about them. Her parent’s didn’t care or want to believe her. So ever since she tried to tell the villagers she gave up trying and moved in with the beast. It took him awhile to get use to her but he cared for her. Protected her. And took care as if she was his beloved for life.

*No doubles for this one. I don’t really care if I play the girl or the guy. So it’s no biggie.*
-Characters; Beauty (Daughter of the Blacksmith), Beast (Demon)
-Starting with when she first enters the forest and get’s hurt.

They were lovers from the get go. He was her captain and she was second in command to him. She was going to be his successor. Which happened. But after the war ended with the demons/fallen angels vs. the angels/archangels he just stopped thinking about her and started to think about what, Lucifer had said. How he was so right in every which way vs how God thought. She was an arch-angel. Most thought of her like there sister. But younger sister since they were all older than her. They both were planning to get married and live happily together on Earth and when they were needed they would come running for Heaven if needs be. Everything changed. It got worse over time. He left and followed what Lucifer said becoming an archdemon. She stuck to her duties as an archangel. However when they were on the battlefield again and it was his army vs her’s she didn’t hold back till the end. He pinned her down and tried to use his words against hers while she did the same. It was that day she let his words influence her and she went along with it to the point she went back with him into Hell. Every one of her brother’s tried to stop her but they couldn’t and her lover just spoke to them with insults and tried to say there sister was long gone.

The archangels had a plan to save her but nothing worked. After that didn’t work they gave up trying and went along with losing there beloved sister to becoming an archdemon’s wife’s.

*Doubles are going to happen for this one. Rather several characters will be made.*
-Characters; Lover(Formerly an archangel but now a archdemon), Lover(Formely an archangel and also a sister to the other archangel’s but now the wife to the archdemon), Several different archangels(Could be either; Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, and lastly Uriel), Lucifer(Devil), and can add another female.
-Start from the last day they were with each other.
-Same goes with paragraphs.

Okay, so I know that I'm probably going to highly regret this later on in life, but I'm really craving another mxm rp. (Gasp! It's another mxm! What a shocker!) Like the insane peron I am, I am not wanting a lazy, chillaxed rp in my downtime. No, people, I want a detailed, dark, involved rp that is sinister and sexy and has its moments of fluffiness and humor. But I'm a cruel, cruel person, so I like 'em dark and agonized. >:3 Though I might have a few fluff ideas here and there. I was never really one to put in requirements before, but I've sadly found that it is necessary. So cue the thunder and lightning, baby, 'cause here are the dreaded requirements:

1. BoyxBoy (Obviously). Do not ask if we can do mxf or fxf instead, because I prefer mxm.
2. DETAILED! DETAILED, DETAILED, DETAILED!!!!!!!! No one-liners, or two-liners, or three-liners, or even four! Unless the rp is dying or is hitting a dull moment in time, I expect a thoughtful, detailed post. I don't expect you to write a novel-unless you want to-but I should want to squeal with joy when I see that you've replied. Here's an example of what I do and do not want to see, as stuck up as this probably seems:

Deciding on a sandwich, he got busy on gathering the needed ingredients, still humming cheerfully as he worked. Picking up his lunch, he glanced over at the counter where Guy B was lounging lazily, shooting him his famous lopsided grin. "You know, I've been thinking about something lately." he said casually as he munched on his sandwich, swallowing after a few moments. "I'm beginning to think that I'm hopelessly in love with you, you crafty bastard." And it could even continue on. Now, I understand that everyone has their off-days; I sure as hell do. But please, put some effort into your writing. Make it enjoyable for the both of us. Give me something to work with, and I will try to do the same. (hide spoiler)]
3. I want this via messaging, as well as someone all right with mature detail. As stated before, I go dark. And I mean, dark. I go into topics such as abuse, incest/rape, kidnapping, murder, the whole shi-bang. So mature is not necessarily sexually explicit either, though I do have a tendency to want to be more detailed in that aspect, hence why this is prefered via messaging so as not to get everyone else in trouble. This being said. Do not ask if we "have" to do sexual content. This is not what I'm requesting, therefore it makes me think you did not actually read my requirements. It also just makes me feel creepy and perverted, asking if we "have" to have sexual content. *Shudder* No, we don't. If you are uncomfortable with sexual content, state right at the beginning that you do not feel comfortable, and we won't do it. But you have to be alright with dark material, because that is what I'm asking for.
4. First Person. I like role-playing first person because it feels more personal, I feel more detailed, and I just like it. Please do not ask if we can do third instead because I prefer first. And do not say you'll "try" and then not do even that much. Either you prefer first person, or you're willing to try it and stick with it for the rest of the roleplay.
5. Swearing is completely fine, though dropping the f bomb every other word gets a little ridiculous after a while, unless it's necessary for the heat of the moment.
6. Someone relatively active. I realize summer's here and people are probably going to be busy, and I know I will more than likely become busy myself here pretty soon. But unless you warn me ahead of time, at least a reply or two every week is much appreciated. I might poke you if I haven't heard from you after two weeks, but I usually try to be patient. If you don't hear from me after a week or two, feel free to poke me. This being said. I don't appreciate being harassed. I don't like being poked after a day, then poked an hour later, and I absolutely hate it from the fiery depths of eternal hell when somebody goes onto an rp I have with somebody else in order to poke me. Doing so makes me rather angry, and it just makes me want to reply slower. So please. Do not do something like that, otherwise I will send an angry mob of demonic lawn gnomes after you. Don't make me send an angry mob of demonic lawn gnomes after you.
7. Communication is appreciated. Please tell me if you don't like something, or if you want to drop the rp. Just let me know and we can talk things over. Please don't just leave me hanging. That kind of pisses me off. I always enjoy hearing other ideas you come up with, because it makes the roleplay more fleshed out when both people are into it. Also somebody friendly to chat with is always nice. Despite first impressions, I enjoy chatting people up. X) I don't bite. (That hard...)
8. This kind of goes with 7, but I'm one of those people that think that if it's your idea, you get to choose your character. Don't whine or complain that you didn't get the character you wanted. If I came up with the idea, or if you did, then it's probably safe to say there's a character desired. So please. If I come up with the idea, I get to choose the character I would like to be, and I will show you the same respect.
9. Go with the flow. I like somebody who doesn't god-mod or tries to stop the inevitable. Trust me, there's always a method to my madness. (Ask anybody I roleplay with. They know my wicked, wicked ways. XP)
10. Don't rush things. I hate insta-love, and I hate characters jumping straight into bed together unless the plot calls for it, or they've already established a relationship. But even then...I like taking time in the story and the character's relationship with one another. I enjoy diving deep into the plot, into the characters, and rushing the plot, the romance, and other stuff just makes the role play fall flat in my opinion. So just take your time, and don't rush things.
11. Good grammar is appreciated, but I'm not really a nazi with it, so I won't hurt you if there's only a few mistakes. ^ ^
12. Have fun with this!

So...Here we have it, folks! My long list of gruesome requirements! So, I have a few ideas I've been interested in doing, but I won't toss them out there until I have a volunteer. However, just because I have an idea or two doesn't mean that I won't be open to any of yours. So share away!

Requirements: Advanced. I'm fine with a paragraph or more per post. Id like to rp with someone who's pretty active.

A normal guy perceived as a nerd works for a bossy rich girl because his family is in debt to hers. What they don't realize is that the guy is a vigilante at night. However no one manages to capture a clear image of him because he moves remarkably fast. The government is after this superhuman vigilante, despite all the good he does for the community, because they see him as a menace. At least that's what the general in charge of capturing him tells the public.

The general runs the top spy unit and he only wants to capture the vigilante to figure out how he ticks so that he may in turn improve his own agents. In his eyes, the vigilante is a weapon he wants to get his hands on before anyone else does. His daughter happens to attend the same school as the vigilante but of course isn't aware of his identity. That is until their lives cross paths.

The daughter is either a regular kid or could be a spy who is temporarily on 'vacation' in order to finish her education before completely putting herself of in the field. I will play the vigilante.

So it has been a while since I have started a new role play and I’d like to get back into the swing of things. I’ve got an idea that’s a really a dark romance, so if anyone is interested and meets the requirements, let me know! :D

(view spoiler)[ Girl A has had a relatively hard life. Her father was an alcoholic who left her and her mother when she was only 8, and now her mother has gone off the rails herself, not interested in her daughter or anything about her. The girl, aged 17-18 goes to school and has a part time job at a café, but whatever she earns always seems to end up in her mother’s pockets, who then spends the money to satisfy her addictions. Well now Girl A has had enough, and with the money she managed to save, she decided to move out. Unfortunately all she could afford was a dingy little apartment in a not-so-safe part in town, but she felt as if it was better than what she had. Still working at the café, the girl is trying to save money to move to a better place and safe for college too.

Enter Guy A. He’s a 19 year old boy who hasn’t had a great time either. His mother died giving birth to him and his father has always blamed him for the death of his wife. With this came a huge hate towards his son, and his son knew it. No matter how hard he tried, he could never please his father and his dad would always say to him. “Don’t be so hard on yourself, its not your fault you fucked up my life.” Guy A couldn’t control the way his father felt about him, and with this lack of control came the obsessive need to find something he did have power over. That’s where he met Girl A at the café. After many encounters there, he began to develop feelings for her, however due to her mind constantly being focused on other things; she never really gave him the time of day. Wanting to get her to return his feelings, guy A begins to stalk her. Finding out where she lives, where she goes on a regular basis. Girl A feels as if she’s often being watched, and one fateful evening, a man who Guy A hired attacks her in an alley way late at night. Guy A takes this opportunity to play the hero in order to earn her trust. He scares the attacker off, potentially saving her life. His plan works out perfectly. He offers to stay with her and look after her since she’s so terrified and she agrees. As they spend more time together, a relationship between the two slowly begins to blossom and yet she has no clue as to what happened; that the boy she is now dating set up the man to attack her.

Girl A files a report about the man who attacked her and as an extensive investigation goes on, the cops get closer and closer to figuring out it was Guy A who set this entire thing up. With the police closing in and the risk of Girl A finding out what really happened and potentially ending up hating him just like his father did, what will Guy A do to protect himself and his relationship? REQUIREMENTS
Nothing too crazy I dont think, its all pretty standard:

-Details: I’m not looking for a book or 6 paragraphs per post, but at least give me 1-2 decent sized paragraphs! Nothing irritates me more than little one liners that give me absolutely nothing to work with and I promise you I will lose interest within ten minutes. I'm really looking for someone who can set the scene and really enhance the darkness of the plot.

- Grammar/spelling: I’m not gonna jump down your throat is you misspell a word or forget an apostrophe in a word, but please ensure that I can easily make sense of your writing. I don’t want to be spending more time decoded than responding. Also please no text talk unless they’re actually texting

-Roles: I'd really like to play the female on this one, so I'm looking for someone who wouldnt mind being the 19 year old!

- Activity: I’m not expecting you to be on every second of the day and I am aware that people can get busy, I am one of these people, but can I ask for at least one post a day? If you’re not going to be active for a while I also ask that you try to let me know, if not its all good. And if for some reason you’re over the role play, please let me know rather than avoiding it. I don’t want to be waiting for a post that’s never coming.

-Ideas: If you have something to contribute then please do! I really love when the role play develops because both of us are coming up with ideas. I know the plot is pretty sound at the moment but if you wanna throw something in there, do share! :D

-Someone who can get into the character: The character development is really important! I'd really like someone who understand the way the guy needs to act to appear like he's got it together, but deep down he's a possessive mess with a fucked up background.

-Insta-love: I know on his side he's fallen in love with her, but please dont make it the second time he sees her. He's meant to develop his feelings over an extended period of time. Insta-love is not my thing and it'll ensure the rp is short lived which is something I dont want!

-Love vs Violence: This I think is a really important balance. Even though deep down he's quite angry and short tempered, towards her when they're in their relationship he's meant to be a really sweet guy because he doesnt want to lose her like he lost everyone else (furthermore no one would suspect a sweet guy as someone part of the attacker)

Anyone? I'm an advanced roleplayer, looking for someone who can do at least 8+ detailed sentences. I usually prefer to play the female, but I can do doubles under certain circumstances. Please understand that I don't always reply right away, but if I have to take a break or something I usually will let you know unless it's so sudden. I would like romance, but I can only do girl x boy. Nothing against others, just not comfortable with it and I'm not good at it. Currently looking for either a horse and rider or rebel seniors.

Horse & Rider basic plot:
Basically characters would be enrolled into a high advanced riding academy known as Foxridge Stables. One character would be English riding and the other Western [we can decided who is who]. They're totally different disciplines, putting them on totally different riding teams but they somehow meet. At first, they don't get along but start to gain feelings.

Rebel Seniors basic plot:
Every high school has their basic troubled groups - mainly the skaters and punks. The skaters who are constantly seen with skateboards and the punks who are always covered in band merch. The female would be a member of the skater group, while the male would be the leader of the punks. rivalry groups surprisingly. They hate each other. But something happens between the skater and leader and punk.
Would be better if youre okay with minor cussing, drug use, and alcohol use.

Anybody? Looking for a semi-detailed (+three to four sentences) roleplayer. I can do MxF or MxM as long as I am a male character. I have two planned out plot ideas, which I will posted below in spoilers, and then the rest of my interested thoughts for roleplays will be listed, but they will not have plots and we'd just have to think of them outselves.

I'll show both of them and you can decide if you wanna do one of them or not

✧Slave/Master (view spoiler)[ (I wish to be the dragon slave boy in this as it shows later on in the plot) It was rough, being a dragon; hunters always at him, never safe around humans, but when this specific got caught and was forced into his human form, not only was he scared, but he was also clever. Having snuck into the slave trade, he managed to escape the hunters, but now he was a slave. The collar that looked similar to a chain around his neck that was given to him by the hunters was keeping him from using any of his dragon-like abilities, and when his first master tried to take it off, he yelled at them "Don't take it off!" Master to master, it seemed not a surprise when each one sold him off again and warned the next to "Not take off the collar." The master would sooner or later be frightened of the possibilities of why, and eventually repeat.

Except one.

Bought by his newest master (you), he tries, this time, to keep this master, and he not having to wander off to a new one again. Why? He isn't sure. At the same time, he tries to hide the fact he is a dragon. How long will he keep this secret? And are those hunters still looking for him? He wasn't sure. All he knew was that he had to make sure his past no longer got to him in his present and future... Even if he is in the risk of being discovered. (hide spoiler)]

✧Runaways (view spoiler)[ (Written in MxM; Can also replace Guy B with the Female character in MxF) Guy A has been in town for a while, but he's still fresh to it, and he doesn't have that many friends. In fact, he's made fun of at his school for not talking much, giving him the nickname of "No-Voice [Guy A's name]" by bullies. What they don't know is that he has a disorder that is similar to MPD (multi personality disorder), but it only has one other personality, and it only happens at night. Similar to how night usually is, that other personality is quite evil, mischievous, and occasionally lustful... Almost like a demon. In fact, that's exactly what it is. Guy A's life was saved in a previous school district by a parasitic demon known as Apexas, taking up the part of Guy A's night self.

Guy B doesn't enjoy being in school. Mainly because of the bullies making fun of others and that teachers don't do anything about it. Around school and friends, he's just an average high schooler. Anywhere else, although, he's a Demon Hunter in training, his father being one of the best Demon Hunters in the world. Although he does like the technology and knowing how to deal with demons, Guy B doesn't really want to be a Demon Hunter like his father...

Guy A and Guy B don't know each other. Mainly because Guy A remains quiet while Guy B is more lively... Well, that is until, one day, fate brings them closer by meeting within their school, followed by Guy B's father beginning to hunt down Guy A for the parasitic demon inside him. While Guy A runs for his life, Guy B runs along to avoid his destined fate of demon hunting... And yet, what would come of these two when they discover what they both have to hide?
