Displeased with Alex's nonchalant reaction, Jordan jogged after him as he ignored the icy daggers Moira's eyes through at him from the sidelines. After all the freak episodes Alex had had that day, neither of the pair fully trusted him. Was he safe to be kept out in the field? Jordan gave a hopefully-convincing nod to the coach as the team took a breathing before meeting back up again. The big guy cast a glance to the other team, suddenly remembering the bitter news of a threat against his own team. Hopefully they had heard enough to not pull that crap around Alex that night.

The crowd's murmured grew louder and louder until they hushed down, Moira standing up and hopping the barrier between the watchers and the field, taking fragile steps towards the scene. The coach headed out as well, but Moira motioned him back, and knowing Alex's freak out from earlier he backed off. Jordan skidded to a stop before backtracking and jogging towards the two. "Hey, back off," Jordan warned, though whether it was to Alex or the rival, one couldn't tell.

Screams erupted from the stands and teams, though the only one not screaming was Moira as she rushed forward. Jordan leaped to pull Alex off of the guy but was caught in the chaos of his team starting in on the other. Moira pushed past them and waved off a few bumps from the opposing team as if it were nothing. One guy from Alex and Jordan's team tried to grab her and hold her back, but Jordan yelled for them to get off of her as she pushed further and yanked on Alex's arm. "Stop it, Alex! Stop!" she screamed, having to repeat herself to be hear over the uproar.

Moira took a matching step back with each one that Alex took towards her, backing into Jordan with a yelp as she stared troublingly into Alex's glowing eyes. She was sure she hadn't imagined them when they switched back to their normal chocolate brown, shaking her head and squeaking in embarrassing fear when Alex yelled. The entire field died down, only everyone's rattly breath could be heard, but still below Alex's. the mascot boy took a step forward then back and whispered, "What are you?" As he had seen the eye transformation twice now. Alex looked menacingly wolfish, and with all the weird episodes today... Supernatural happenings was more of Freaky Moira's alley, but this...

At first no one ran after Alex, both teams more concerned with the aftermath he had chosen to leave. What was his problem? This was not okay. Jordan teamed up with a couple of the other guys to pry the helmet off of Alex's victim as the nurse ran up and pushed them aside to inspect him once they had gotten it off. His face was all bloody and his eyes were squinted; he looked terrible. Moira cursed and ran to go find their sheriff as Jordan had yelled at her to do so. A few minutes later the three met up with the kid to ask the nurse if he was alright. Well, not alright, just alive. Someone had called in an ambulance and the wailing noise could be heard in the not-so distant street. Moira, Jordan, and the sheriff waited a beat and then took off to go find Alex after Moira told the sheriff to screw himself when he told her to hold back.

The smell of sweat and general boy-grime made Moira's nostrils flare as they neared the boy's locker room after already checking out the parking lot and the bleachers and some other places. Of course, it was reasonable to assume that Alex was in the locker room, but the three hadn't figured to ask anyone who had seen Alex's retreat, as they had been preoccupied with the team member in critical condition.
With Jordan and the sheriff in tow, Moira made the move to be first ahead of the other two. For someone without them, and considering the events of the day, the girl sure was ballsy. But when the sound of heavy breathing reached her ears as she found the aisle Alex's locker was in, the sheriff pulled her back and stood in front of her over-protectively. She grunted in annoyance at the sexism but Jordan shot her a warning look that reminded her what they were there for. She kept close behind the sheriff as they took in Alex's packed bag and himself. "Alex?" Jordan asked, uneasy.

Moira gasped as she saw the multiple changes in Alex's eyes again, taking a step bak and running into Jordan. "We-we didn't get the sheriff, he came to us-" she was cut off as the sheriff hushed her and took a step towards Alex, holding up his hands in surrender. "Now, Alex, don't turn against your friends. We just want to help."
Jordan pushed ahead and tried to keep his body from shaking. "Alex, what the hell is wrong with you? You could have just killed that kid!" It was extremely difficult to keep his tone reasonable, and he knew Alex could sense his distrust.

The incoming deputy threesome came in extremely quietly, and, well, Moira was already jumpy. A hand was placed on the small of her back in warning, but rather than react silently, she screamed and hurdled around to sock the guy, losing balance and tripping backwards into the sheriff, who in turn shoved into Alex. The sheriff looked up and cursed loudly when he saw the turn in Alex's eyes, not only in color but expression. As Jordan lurched to help him stand up -knowing full well that if Alex was pissed any further, the situation would be terrible- he also saw the eyes, and, by some extension out of the corner of his eyes, his claws. What the hell is he? was the question that was asked, and not for the first tie that day. The sheriff's posse scrambled to cleans up the mess they started, while a fourth and fifth badge turned up behind Alex. Both Jordan and Moira knew at the same moment that coming on both of Alex's sides would be bad idea -he would feel cornered. Moira stood up and hopped over the bench set that separated the locker sides, starting to back up with foresight. Then, Jordan yelled, "No!" To try and warn Alex that there were more behind him.

( what he exactly looks like as an werewolf

The locker space now seemed extremely crowded with the new monster in the room. What had happened to Alex? Moira was frozen in fear, much so that Jordan had to physically back her up into the lockers to stand between her and the gigantic beast. Even one of the male officers squeaked in fear and began backing up as a couple more began fumbling for their guns. The sheriff gave an unsettling, subtle nod and his deputies that had their wits unholstered their handguns, holding them tight but keeping them at their sides. The beast was unlike anything any of them had ever seen, and they only wondered if Alex was still somewhere inside. In Moira and Jordan's crowded space, Jordan pressed the two up against the locker in defense, but part of Moira was unprotected enough to where she could see through the gap between the beast's arm and side. She could see one of the officers begin to raise his gun, slowly, slowly, as the sheriff began sone idiotic thing that sounded like he was trying to calm down a dog. In the shadows, Moira could only watch and let out a scream as the officer she saw let off an unauthorized bullet, the poor aim just grazing the wolf-like animal's side, instead lodging itself jus under her shoulder, below the collarbone. Jordan let out an enraged yell as Moira dropped, holding her shoulder. The officers began yelling at each other and the sheriff's voice was drowned out.

Moira tried to hold back her screaming -from pain and the shock of what Alex was doing- while Jordan just tried to lay her down, grabbing a letterman jacket off of the bench and putting it under her head like a pillow. He kept Alex in the corner of his eye while he ripped his shirt off and pressed it to Moira's bloody shoulder, having a tough time removing her shaking hand from it in protection. Moira watched in terrified awe as Alex finished off his job and slowly turned to the twosome. She tried to scramble to sit or stand or something, but Jordan forced her to lay back down, only half paying heed to the now seemingly-tame beast that was their friend. When her leg was nudged, Moira let out a squeaky gasp, her breathing heavy as she glanced from Alex to the possibly-dead sheriff's posse. "What-what did you do?" she whispered, her eyes wide. "You-you're-" she closed her eyes in pain, only daring to keep her eyes off of the beast for a second, "You're a monster."

Moira seemed frozen in fear until Alex hopped out of the room, but once he had her shoulders shook violently and she started sobbing. Jordan almost started crying as well, but he tried to focus on his girlfriend, picking her up to carry her to the ambulances from outside that had been called in before for the boy Alex had attacked. The two remained silent enough to watch the gigantic beast leap away, knowing that must have been why the students were screaming. They were all sort of glad he had left... But what was he?
((Sorry it's much shorter; would you like to skip to when he gets to her town?))
((Sorry it's much shorter; would you like to skip to when he gets to her town?))

Alex slowly came to an stop in front of an green green sign that when he read it said "Welcome to Lupin Ridge." and he looked down from the hill he was on, the light of the moon shining down on the sleek black motorcycle that he rode on which rumbled underneath his a bit and showing the black bag he was wearing as well as the pair of black combat boots, pair of jeans and black leather jacket. It had been four days since the night he shifted into the creature and had left his town to find out more about what he was and to escape police as well as four days since the night he had came home to find his parents butchered, ripped to pieces and since he last saw his two friends. He looked down at the necklace that was around his neck which held the picture of him with Jordan and Moira, his eyes growing sad as he thought about them and hoped they were safer without him near them but also wondered if they still thought of him as a monster before he looked away and drove off down towards the town, the motorcycle roaring under him as he drove off. He hoped there was a bar in the town as he had only stopped a couple of times and needed something to drink
Phantom fingers clung to Evangeline Sahvra's neck as her mind played the morning's events over and over in her head against her will. Her fiancé had come over to 'check up' on her, but she had been busy for a mere ten minutes. Ten minutes was all it took for him to come flying up into the attic-slash-office space where she was trying to just finish a job. His temper had exploded, as it did regularly, and he took it out on her, which also happened regularly. Her neck was bruised and sore, but she had arranged her braid to conceal what could be seen of the bruise so the humans and her sister wouldn't question it.
Evangeline had to keep an eye on one of the new infected as he sat in the corner of her bar, his beady, drunken eyes darting between her and her sister, though it was the elder that he kept oogling, and Evangeline didn't like it. The infected were all pigs, run under her fiancé's orders. The guy knew enough to not eye Evangeline for too long, but her sister was free in terms of the infected gang. The two continued serving drinks per usual, only praying that the 'leader' of their town wouldn't show up again that day.

Alex made it into town a few minutes later and he had immediately found a bar in which he drove up to it and parked in front of the bar, turning the power off and getting off before walking up the steps of the bar with his hands in the pocket of his jacket along with the keys to the motorcycle. He opened the door and walked in when he was immediately hit with several scents once he first walked, an light growl coming from him before he walked over to the bar counter when he caught an different scent that caught his attention and seemed to invite him to go foward as he got closer to the counter. He took an seat in one of the empty chairs at the counter and set his bag doen on the floor next to him before placing his arms in front of him on the counter and clasped his hands together then said "One beer please." as he looked down at the counter, not meeting anybody's eyes. It was an habit he picked up while moving from place to place, avoiding other people and police alike as much as possible.
At least six heads picked up around the bar. Outsider wolf. Outsider. Wolf-man, her the thoughts that were held throughout a few of the minds. They could smell him, too, and he was from a long ways away. He wasn't welcome. At the mention of a beer, Evangeline exchanged an amused smirk with her sister Loyka, knowing the man couldn't have been much older than Evangeline herself. "I'll have to see some ID," the younger said, traveling over to where the guy sat. She waited a beat before sighing. "Okay, fine, but only one. I can't be charged with letting you drink underage." She shrugged and fished the bottle opener from her pocket before settling the bottle in front of the stranger, then turning around to clean some glasses. She kept him in the corner of her eye, though, wishing he would pick up his head so she could get a good look at him.

Evangeline caught the feeling of dominance being tested, her eyes flickering from the new guy to another couple of natives in the bar. She reached out a hand and gently tapped the wood of the bar next to the guy's arm, wishing she could just pat him but knowing the scent of another male on her would get her in unspeakable trouble. "Hey... Cool it," she whispered, catching a movement on the other side of the bar. The guy who had been eyeing her sister before had stood up and made his way behind the bar, about to reach out to get her sister's attention. Evangeline shot across the bar and pushed him back, pressing herself to her sister so as they were backed into the bar. "Hands off," she warned in a low tone. If the infected touched her, he would be meat for hunting according to her future husband.

Evangeline couldn't tell whether to be grateful for the stranger to have butted in or wished he minded his own business. "Who is he?" Loyka whispered in her ear, but the younger shook her head to say 'I don't know.' He was obviously a new blood, one that didn't have control over himself. Why else would he be so possessive-protective to the females? They weren't even linked. Anyway, the man glared at Alex, glancing back at the two sisters with regard. It wouldn't matter- he would have Loyka later. She was of age, and not yet claimed by a higher alpha male. Plus, it might gain favors with his own alpha if it meant their females were sisters.
Evangeline gave a long, hard glare at the infected male, and spat. "Get out of my bar," she ordered, disregarding Alex's request for him to just walk away. That was it for the male, though, and he pushed Alex out of the way to hit Evangeline out of disrespect, a stupid action on his part.

Evangeline lifted her head from its' state of flinching from the blow that didn't come. Her eyes widened in fear between the two men as Loyka gripped her little sister's shoulders and walked them back a few steps. "You- you need to calm down," Evangeline said in an almost-plead to Alex as she shrugged off Loyka's too-tight grip. The rest of the room was silent before a couple of chairs screeched and a few people -humans and wolves alike- left the bar, filing out until there were just the crippled guy and his buddies. One of them dared to step forward and pick him up to carry him outside, and Evangeline felt a pang of remorse. Nick, her fiancé, would definitely find out about this now. Once the bar was empty save for the sisters and the stranger, Evangeline took a daring step forward, raising her chin defiantly. "You need to learn to control yourself, newblood. Yes, I know what you are, and I also know you need to keep under the radar around here-" she was interrupted by Loyka.
"No, thank you, newblood, for helping my sister and I," voiced the woman.
"No, thank you, newblood, for helping my sister and I," voiced the woman.

Evangeline wanted to say 'Get used to it,' when he mentioned men hitting women, but didn't. The hierarchy of the town wasn't above abuse, especially since they were practically all led by Nick. The two sisters were silent until the man headed out, before Loyka started sobbing and forced Evangeline to wrap her arms around her. She let her older sister cry for a while before she hushed her and pointed out at the sidewalk which was lightened by the large moon. "Look, you should go and run. I'll keep things here tied down tonight." Usually they took turns, but over the past few months Evangeline had pushed Loyka to go without the younger running. It was too dangerous; if Nick caught wind that she was out in full form, he would join her, and at that point she couldn't much control herself. Loyka nodded and kissed her sister's cheek before bolting out the door, leaving Evangeline to slide to a sitting position on the floor and pray Nick wouldn't come around tonight.
((Do you want me to continue from her point of view and you keep to what's going on with him? Or something else?))
((Do you want me to continue from her point of view and you keep to what's going on with him? Or something else?))

Alex looked up from his motorcycle when he heard the bar door open and was a bit surprised to see the older girl running out and he watched her with curiousity then he mentally struggled with himself before getting off the bike and walked to the door. He opened it and walked back in when he saw the younger girl sitting on the floor and he asked "Are you two alright? I saw your sister run out and was wondering if something else happened." as he looked down at her, his bag still slung over his shoulder and both of his hands in his jacket pocket with the other. For the time being he appeared to be in control of himself just as long as he didn't get angry.
((That's fine! It's your plot, of course. What else were you going to delete?))
Evangeline seemed to fold in on herself when she heard the front door open almost immediately, and she closed her eyes and pressed her back to the counter's shelves. The sound of the boots on the wooden floor were slightly familiar, but definitely not Nick. She jumped when she heard the stranger's voice again, scrambling to stand before she backed up a few steps. What did he want? "Everything is fine. She just needs a break," the young woman replied with a stiff shrug, though she kept her eyes on his every move. "I'm sorry, but we're closed now." She knew his uncontrolled wolf senses were dangerous, but if she had to fight him she could use that to her advantage.

Alex didn't appear to listen as he looked around at the bar and brushed his fingertips along one of the tables as he said "Nice place you guys run. Was it always just you and your sister working here or did you parents help you as well?" and he looked back to her friendliness displayed in hos eyes and he caught the scent of emotions of weariness and caution. He smiled faintly at her and said "Don't worry, I'm not an complete dumbo or uncaring person. I got some control over myself." as it was true though he could still feel the influence of the moon had over him though it wasn't as strong as before since he was calm and relaxed at the moment as well as his body posture. He could tell she had been an werewolf more longer then he did and probably more experiece though the thought failed to alarm him or make him weary. "Would you like any help cleaning up since I did cause some of the mess tonight."
((Okie dokie.))
Evangeline cast a calculating look from the guy to the bar's door, wondering if she could take the risk of him staying in the bar or if it would have been safer to just kick him out. Could she trust him, or would he try to hurt her? What if Nick ended up coming? But he had a sort of allure to him, one that she couldn't pass up for at least a few minutes. Plus, he was nice to look at. She huffed and grabbed a broom for him to take. "Sure, you can help." She moved back behind the bar again and began wiping down the counter, replaying his other question in her head. "My sister and I run it on our own. Now, anyway. It used to be our parents', but they're gone now." She paused, staring blank at the wall in their memory. Grabbing a tray, she starting grabbing the empty bottles and glasses from the tables. "My turn. What's your name? Where are you from?"

Evangeline glanced over when she heard Alex taking off his jacket, blushing and looking away as she set the tray of glasses down on the counter to be cleaned. "I'm Evangeline. My sister's name is Loyka." She paused and drummed her fingers on the counter before joining Alex to put the chairs up on their tables. "Our parents left... They went to go join a new pack. Somewhere in Alaska, I think. I haven't seen them in over a year." She wanted to curse them for the state they had chosen to leave Loyka and herself in, but of course Alex didn't need to know that. She tugged on the sleeves of her sweater, pulling them farther down and over her hands before grabbing the tip jar and the tips off of the bar counter. "So, who turned you?" She assumed that was why Alex was here; someone had infected him and he'd heard of the pack in the town. In that case, she had to be careful if he was staying.

Evangeline looked over at Alex, watching his grip tighten on the table. She hoped he wouldn't turn; she really couldn't deal with that, and if she ended up with the scent of another male on her, she could be killed. She kept a cautious distance between them, but was curious at his words. Setting down the tip jar, she stepped closer to him and gestured with her hand. "The way I've always seen it, you're either infected or pureblood. There are rituals, but we don't use them much anymore, an you would remember it anyway." She pointed at his eyes. "May I? If you're infected, your eyes should be bloodshot, but not red. More black-blue, usually."

Alex slowly let go of the table and steadied his breathing as he calmed back down when he heard her and glanced at her then he thought about it until he finally decided and he sighed silently before turning around to face her and he closed his eyes, staying still where he stood for a few minutes then he opened his eyes to look at her, his dark brown eyes now back to their real true color. He didn't understand why she wanted to see his eyes but he figured that if she could tell if he was an pureblood or infected then he could possibly try to find something that could cure him of his curse but despite that he was a bit afraid of what she would say.

((Sure. How do you want them to find that out?
I was thinking maybe Nick was waiting to marry her once he gets all of the humans infected and on his side? So there's no possibility of corruption within the pack he's creating?))
Evangeline took another step forward and reached out her hand before yanking it back, remembering to not allow his scent on her. She sighed and tilted her head, her piercing blue eyes staring at his brown ones. They were subtle, but with her heightened senses she could see the barest traces of golden flecks in his iris. "You're definitely pureblood..." she murmured, studying his face. She didn't recognize him, though her society-pack knowledge was limited to three or four. "That means your family has bare minimum traces of human. Both of your parents have to be werewolf."

Alex blinked and his eyes turned back to normal as he said "As far as I know my parents are just regular people or... at least they were if they were still alive." and he turned around to foinish cleaning before throwing away the broken glass. He then walked back to his stuff and grabbed them in his hands with his back towards Evangeline when he stopped and without turning around he said "Let me ask you something and be honest with me. Is there anyway that I would be able to get rid of this curse and manage to have an normal life like I had before I transformed?" He then turned around to face her though his eyes were full of sadness as he waited for her to tell him the truth if he could become normal again or not.
((Sorry, I had forgotten. What post?))
Evangeline had already started to turn around to head back behind the bar and begin washing the glasses when Alex's question stopped her. It surprised her, to say the least. She had always loved being part-wolf, and the idea that someone wouldn't sort of shocked her. "I don't understand why you would want to, but..." She ran over the stories in her head. "I'm not sure that there is a way to reverse it, especially if you're pureblood. If anything, trying might make you pure wolf. I can look into it if you like." She sighed, closing her eyes to think over what she was about to offer before turning to face Alex and opening her eyes. "Look, tonight, there's going to be a purging party. Because of the full moon? It's probably a bad idea, but if you come, you might be able to find someone who can help." Evangeline knew she could help, but that would be risky. She ran a hand through her hair, wishing she could at least take back what she had, but instead she continued with the party's information. "It's out in the campgrounds. If you go, just stay out of the alpha's way. You're too new, and he could seriously hurt you." She wasn't exactly sure why she cared.

Alex growled slightly at the thought of other male werewolves being there and he knew that there might be a fight there but as he thought over the idea that if he went he could maybe find a way back to normal and possibly he could go back to his old home town though he knew that was an long shot but still. He thought it over some more for a few more minutes before he sighed silently then said "Alright, I'll go." and he smiled faintly as he heard what she said and he replied "Don't worry. I'll try to be on my best behavior, scouts promise." It was nice to hear someone care about his safety again even if it was from someone he had just met minutes ago.
Evangeline made he way behind the bar with the tray of glasses while Alex seemed to think it over. It was a couple of minutes before she glanced up as he spoke and said he would go. The muscles around her mouth as she pushed a smile back down and she nodded. "Well, good. If you keep under the radar enough, you might not get killed." She wasn't sure why, but she felt an intense need to intimidate him into pretending to not be alpha. She could tell the moment he blew up at the infected earlier that eventually, he would either be alpha in a pack or get killed trying, and for some reason (even though they had just met), she didn't want him to get hurt. With that, she turned back to the sink before remembering to say something else before he left, even though it seemed vain of her, "And Alex? It's best if we don't see each other at the purging." She didn't want to explain she would have to be glued to the alpha she had just warned him against, so it seemed better to make it as if she just didn't want to be near him, though it was actually far from true.

"It was nice meeting you, too," Evangeline whispered as Alex left the bar. It made her feel terrible to have made it sound like she didn't want to s around him, while in fact she actually considered following after him outside. She pushed the thought away as she closed her eyes tightly, squeezing the glass she held so hard that it broke and her blood stained the clear shards. She cursed and cleaned up quickly, holding her hand in a fist with a towel while she threw away the broken pieces before washing her hand. The cut wasn't too deep, but the scent of blood made her eyes flicker. She tried to finish cleaning the glasses quickly, a moment later hearing the rumble of a big truck pulling in from out front to the back and stopping. She took a deep breath and set the last glass upside down to dry as the back door slammed shut and the pressure of boots against wood splintered her ears. Nick came in, a devilish grin on his face as he approached his fiancé and cupped his hand behind her neck to pull her in for a forced kiss, happy-go-lucky as if he hadn't hurt her that morning, or ever. Her face remained passive even though the rough touch hurt her bruise.
"Hey, babe." He looked her over and his eyes narrowed slightly. "What are you wearing? Nevermind, we'll stop by home so you can change, but quickly." He didn't give her a chance to respond as he turned around and began flicking off the lights of the bar. Evangeline grabbed her keys and began locking up, barely having time before Nick grabbed her and ushered her out the back door to his truck.
