Can't remember the title

A while back I read this book in which the hero was at the military and he has a tattoo with quotes around his torso, his friend lost his legs and he hasn't talked to him in a while cuz he feels responsible and the heroine'a name is Emily and in the end the hero completes his tattoo with her name! Anyone know that book and remembers the title? Thanks!!!

Oh My God I know this book - it's on my goodreads booklist somewhere cause I read it I just don't remember which one. Is it in the Harper sloan series, one of the books, like Locke? I just read it but I do not remember - I'm sorry.
