I know a lot of you but for those of you I don't know: I'm cece and I'm a sophomore now and that's terrifying and I really like to sit on my phone and do nothing all day.

All things I haven't been able to do, even though I'm eighteen, because I lack the proper form of ID
I did get a guy to agree to tattoo me though with my birth certificate and my college ID hahahaha
