It was intentional xDWe didn't think it was necessary with the charrie workshop and the part of a face claim in the character format
If it proves to be a necessity later on, I'm sure we can muster up a list once people actually start formatting charries!

I think it helps keep track of how many there are of each gender. Unless we have a topic to keep track somewhere. Because otherwise it's hard to tell when things get uneven, for the most part.
It helps keep track and to find stuff. I think we should divide it by gender or department.
I would prefer it be by department, then we could have an approval thread to keep track of genders within the departments?

I haven't seen any problems with the ones I have been able to look at so I don't see why it would be a problem
