The link they gave you was to the read-only-just-information topic so you would know what information to give us librarians. The link was just for you to read. Not for you to post anything on that link/thread.

You need to provide as much of the info shown on the link as you know— either in a comment in response to what's being said here (here not at the link you were given to read) or by starting a whole new topic in this librarians group.
