Yeah…I grew up on classic Disney. I watched all the princess movies dozens of times, and everything else. I used to own all but two of them…then my mom got rid of the VCR and VHS tapes.

Some of the kids here probably don't even know what those are. *sigh* I feel old.

I remember VHS :P I used to watch kid's yoga videos on VHS. Also, the only version of The Sound of Music we have in of VHS. We still watch it.

Psh. I had all the Barney episodes on VHS, plus we recorded that old kids' show........Miss Spider's Tea Party, I believe.........on VHS, as well. And I'm probably one of the younger ones on here :)

We got rid of our VHS thingy because it was taking up too much space, funny thing is now our dvd player is taking up room, because we just use our Xbox 360 to play DVDs and stuff, which is funny because we didn't know it could actually play dvds...
But, we still have VHS things, but we can't play them...

I remember that.
But, I remember one thing I really really hated about it was rewinding. I just really, really hated that.
And I know that we still own some VHS movies.
(Like The Star Trek movie where there's the Spock with the beard. And some other movies I don't remember the names of, I could just walk over there and look... but I don't care that much.)

Note to young ones: Rewinding a VHS is like skipping chapters on a DVD, except it's slower.
