Kendra (madamejade) | 253 comments Yes.

If you were scalping orphans, would you do it before or after you killed them?

message 4552: by Taylor (new)

Taylor | 0 comments WTF….

Before. If I'm gonna be evil, I might as well go all the way.

Same question…?

message 4553: by Kendra (new)

Kendra (madamejade) | 253 comments Before, that way I can slap them with their own scalps.

You're on a train and for some reason you can't stop. On the tracks ahead of you the one you love the most is tied down. You can turn the train so that it runs over five total strangers instead.
Do you do it?

message 4554: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments That is, like...the worst thing ever. Haha ummm well I would probably freak out and not be able to decide and therefore end up running over the one person.

Same question?

message 4555: by Taylor (new)

Taylor | 0 comments @Maniac

You're awful. XD

I'd call Iron Man to stop the train.

Same question?

message 4556: by Taylor (new)

Taylor | 0 comments The grandmother dies. She's close to the grave as it is. *shrug*

The love of your life is being possessed by a demon and is coming after you with a bread knife. Do you let him/her kill you or do you kill him/her to save your own life?

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments Id probably try to talk the demon out of them and get myself killed in the process.

I love that you called Iron Man. :)

If your mother committed murder and was being put in prison would you try to get her out by framing yourself?

message 4558: by Grace (new)

Grace (fives) | 1090 comments Well, if she committed murder, then she should go in prison. I wouldn't try to get her out by framing myself.

uhh....
If you had to change your name, gender and race, what would you change it to? (And you have to do it all, so there's no, "Oh, I wouldn't change anything!")

message 4559: by Heidi (new)

Heidi | 44 comments A panda bear

same?

Sam~~ we cannot see the moon, and yet the waves still rise~~ | 3061 comments hahah umm i actually have no idea.

if someone gave you a thousand dollars, what would you do with the money?

message 4561: by Kendra (new)

Kendra (madamejade) | 253 comments I would donate it to the Lakota Sioux tribe. They're trying to save up enough to buy some of their old Black Hills back. They will not succeed, but it's nice to know they have a window of opportunity.

message 4562: by Kendra (last edited Sep 12, 2013 12:10PM) (new)

Kendra (madamejade) | 253 comments Right, a question....

Herm...

Or is it hurm?

Oops. I guess that's my question.
Hurm or Herm or other?

message 4563: by Halah (new)

Halah (valhalah) | 925 comments Um both I guess..

The saddest thing you've ever seen?

message 4564: by Taylor (new)

Taylor | 0 comments (@Maniac -- it's most commonly written as "hrm.")

The saddest things I've seen would be inappropriate to discuss on a children's forum, unfortunately.

What is the best thing that's happened to you since the school year started?

message 4565: by Kendra (new)

Kendra (madamejade) | 253 comments I found someone to read my notebooks! Woot woot!

How lazy do you think it is when someone just says "same?"

message 4566: by Sum (new)

Sum | 846 comments I think it's an invalid contribution to a conversation.

Which slang term do you hate the most?

message 4567: by Kendra (new)

Kendra (madamejade) | 253 comments Ain't.

What misused word do thou hate the most (e.g. literally, ironic, bemused)?

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments Literally. You literally exploded? Then how are you still alive?

Most annoying phrase (#YOLO, Swag, etc).

message 4569: by Kendra (new)

Kendra (madamejade) | 253 comments Probably swag, since it's been slang since a long time ago. The ones that are older than I am really get to me.

Biggest jerk: The guy who knows everything and argues with you every time you make a point, or the guy who knows nothing but continually tries to convince you that he is right about the stuff he knows nothing about?

message 4570: by Michelle (new)

Michelle Graf The know-it-all. What's your favorite tv show growing up?

message 4571: by Kendra (new)

Kendra (madamejade) | 253 comments It may have been Spider-Man: The Animated Series. I really loved the Green Goblin *cough* profile picture *cough*

If you had to get eaten by one animal, what would it be (it HAS to eat you, so picking one that would do it REALLY SLOWLY, like "I could easily escape" slowly, would just make it take longer and therefore be more painful in the long run)?

message 4572: by Michelle (new)

Michelle Graf A guinea pig. Have you ever been to a renaissance fair?

message 4573: by Grace (new)

Grace (fives) | 1090 comments Saru (Queen of Bookland) wrote: "Literally. You literally exploded? Then how are you still alive?
"

This is just a random thing I wanted to tell you, Saru...
Another meaning of the word Literally now is figuratively, it was changed it to that not too long ago.

@Michelle, nope.

Have you ever written a story with a plot that's really stupid sounding, but when you write it actually sounds good?

message 4574: by Kendra (new)

Kendra (madamejade) | 253 comments @Grace, regarding Literally. But... that means it contradicts itself.

Question: Erm... yes, I guess. Most of them. My stories are about dimension jumpers, demons, angels, and dragons, which sounds like every cliche ever, but I like to think my work is original.

Have you ever written a plot that sounded good, but was horrible when you wrote it on paper or typed it up?

message 4575: by Michelle (new)

Michelle Graf Yes, because it worked fine until I found I was creating filler in my novel, and had nothing planned for the middle of the plot. What is the one thing you regret doing in your writing?

message 4576: by Anthony (new)

Anthony | 140 comments I regret not taking enough risks at times in my writing. Sometimes, it just seems too bland, especially if the original plot is no longer interesting to me.

What are some of your favorite things to include in your writing (characters, plots, genre, types of symbolism/morals, etc.)?

message 4577: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments Characters who are not afraid to show weakness, but who can also be very strong.

Do you like spicy food?

message 4578: by Halah (new)

Halah (valhalah) | 925 comments I can't eat spicy. Not even jalapeño chips..

Do you have a hard time making decisions?

message 4579: by Kendra (new)

Kendra (madamejade) | 253 comments Yes, like the train one I pushed on someone else earlier. I'm STILL thinking about that one, so I guess the one person's already dead.

Do you prefer the genius villain, who manipulates everything behind the scenes, or the action villain, who messes up the heroes' day and wreaks havoc?

message 4580: by Megan (last edited Sep 12, 2013 09:00PM) (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments Genius villain.

Favorite movie from the 80s?

message 4581: by Taylor (new)

Taylor | 0 comments Victorian England. By far.

Same question?

message 4582: by Grace (new)

Grace (fives) | 1090 comments Uh, hmm...
I don't think anyone has really lied to me, or betrayed me.

Have you written a character who is good in the beginning, but then turns bad for a while and then turns back to good?

message 4583: by Stephanie (new)

Stephanie (nerdatlas) | 279 comments No. But I'm in the process of writing something where the good main character turns bad at the end.

If you could interview anyone; past; present future; made-up; dead,;alive whatever, who would you interview, and what would you ask?

message 4584: by Kendra (new)

Kendra (madamejade) | 253 comments I would interview Chester Alan Arthur about the changes that came when morality returned to his nation.

If you had to make your son's life a living hell or else your master would kill you and him, would thou do it?

message 4585: by Taylor (new)

Taylor | 0 comments ((@Maniac -- Your questions are a little creepy, even for me. Could you take it down a notch or six?))

I'd kill the master.

What classes are you taking this school year?

message 4586: by Kendra (new)

Kendra (madamejade) | 253 comments I guess that's one approach.

I'm taking Spanish II, Geometry Honors, Debate I, AP Human Geography, Chemistry I Honors, Team Sports I, English I Honors, and Smartology.

One of those is made up.

Can you guess which one?

message 4587: by Taylor (new)

Taylor | 0 comments Team sports. ;D

Do you know how to cook?

message 4588: by Olivia (new)

Olivia | 213 comments Does 2 minute noodles count.

Do you like the twilight series?

message 4589: by Kendra (new)

Kendra (madamejade) | 253 comments It... was smartology.

No, no I don't. I especially don't like all the vampire/werewolf rage that followed them. Two perfectly good, timeless monsters, ruined.

What monster could never be crushed by a glossy romance novel (besides all of them, this is figurative).

message 4590: by Michelle (new)

Michelle Graf Cthulhu. Try having a teenage girl fall in love with a giant squid-monster-thing. Yeah, didn't think so.

What story are you writing? (doesn't have to be at this moment)

message 4591: by Taylor (new)

Taylor | 0 comments @Maniac

I was teasing. :D

message 4592: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments Michelle wrote: "Cthulhu. Try having a teenage girl fall in love with a giant squid-monster-thing. Yeah, didn't think so.

I'm working on a novel about a post-world-war-3 America where women have taken over everything.

What's your writing schedule like? (Just when inspiration strikes, or what?)

message 4593: by Michelle (new)

Michelle Graf I actually did a story like that for a English project.
As for my writing habits, it's when I both feel inspired and have the time. Which basically means I rarely write :(

What's the worst book you've ever read?

message 4594: by Grace (new)

Grace (fives) | 1090 comments Uh, I guess I would say Modelland, though I enjoyed it! But, actually I wanna read the next one...
But it was an awful book, but enjoyably awful!

What awful book have you read that is written by a famous person?

message 4595: by Michelle (new)

Michelle Graf I liked Modelland! Oh, well, to each their own.
I was disappointed with Delirium by Lauren Oliver. I read Matched before that and found it too similar to that.

If you could go into any book and live in it's world, which book would it be?

message 4596: by Taylor (new)

Taylor | 0 comments (@Michele -- you liked Matched more? Huh. Allie Condie is a friend of mine, but I will be honest when I say that I liked Delirium much more.)

message 4597: by Olivia (new)

Olivia | 213 comments Harry potter (I'm obsessed with it)

If you could be any character who would it be?

message 4598: by Taylor (new)

Taylor | 0 comments Mr. Darcy.

Same question?

message 4599: by Michelle (new)

Michelle Graf @Taylor I thought Matched was ok. It wasn't my favorite. I'm going to reread Delirium once I get Matched out of my head.

And I would be Clary Fray from the Mortal Instruments series.

Do you like to read nonfiction?

message 4600: by Grace (new)

Grace (fives) | 1090 comments NOPE.

Do you play games? (Any kind of game, computer, video, or board games.)
