Same?

Favorite antihero?

I MEANT MALE BUT THAT'S OKAY. JACE FROM TMI BECAUSE IM HIS WIFE, OKAY?
Do you like Jane Austen?

Brian Jacques, actually. Jane Austen is my secret author crush, but Jacques is the guy who made me want to write.

Hm, I don't think I know of any..
A book that gave you such heart wrenching feelings that you almost hated it?

Same question?

Something you did that you will always regret?

What's your favorite card game? Mine is spoons.

Same question?

I love quotes…these days, I really like the quote, "True friends know your weaknesses, but show you your strengths."
Same question?

Um…there are a few I wouldn't mind reliving. There was one recently where I had an amazing poetry performance and had an amazing conversation with Savannah afterward. I'd do that again for sure.
Do you wear gloves a lot in the winter?

What books do you think everyone should own and is worth buying?

A Tree Grows in Brooklyn, by Betty Smith
The Bonesetter's Daughter, by Amy Tan
The Complete Works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle
The metamorphosis, Franz Kafka
What author has influenced your writing style or acted as a mentor?

What is your writing process like?

Are you confident and/or optimistic in your writing?

(by the way, I like your screen name. I used to watch Avatar: The Last Airbender all the time. I have not watched too much of Legend of Korra, though.)
My favorite classic might be The Metamorphosis, by Franz Kafka, or Les Miserables, by Victor Hugo, but I really like The Importance of Being Earnest, by Oscar Wilde.
@Hallee
My writing confidence is constantly on a seesaw. I know I have talent, but I think about all of the grea authors that have existed and start to feel insignificant. To paraphrase what a certain author once said (I think it was either Becca Fitzpatrick or Cinda Williams Chima.) "The writing industry is a competition of self-loathing."
What kinds of messages do you want to express when you write?

Same question?

(By the way, Taylor, you should read Ken Kesey's work. Especially One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. It is told from the POV of a man in an asylum, and the whole story is about how society is just one big "combine."
What was the defining moment for you as a writer?

Do you share most of your writing, or do you just keep it to yourself for now?

Do you think that movies should leave books alone, or do you enjoy adaptions?

Do you think we have too many adaptions in film?

Do you like dried fruit?
