Sevania (sevthedev) | 2512 comments Extrovert, mostly.

How neat/messy is your room?

Sam~~ we cannot see the moon, and yet the waves still rise~~ | 3061 comments ha. hahahaha.

what do you usually do on the weekends?

message 3103: by Halah (new)

Halah (valhalah) | 925 comments Guaranteed, we always go for a hike, and visit the grandparents and family. And the rest varies..

Same?

message 3104: by Katarina (new)

Katarina | 491 comments Nope I just play games

Same?

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments I read, sit on the interwebs and do stuff on my iPod. So basically, I have super-productive weekends. ;)

Are you a morning person?

message 3106: by Sevania (new)

Sevania (sevthedev) | 2512 comments HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA you are so funny.

No.

Do you ever come up with like this amazingly brilliant idea at night and then you wake up in the morning and think about it and you're like, what the heck was I thinking about?!

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments I used to so I started keeping a notepad by my bed so I can jot down ideas in the middle of the night.

Do you sing in the shower? Be honest.:)

message 3108: by Brigid ✩, No tears in the writer, no tears in the reader. (new)

Brigid ✩ | 11973 comments Mod
I used to a lot more often, but college kind of broke the habit for me (since I was living in a dorm the past two years, I had to shower in a public bathroom and all, haha). Although sometimes I'd take in my iPod and some speakers and play music while I showered and sing along (I wasn't as self-conscious about that because the music was playing loudly over my singing :P).

What's your favorite kind of flower?

message 3109: by maddie (new)

maddie (nightgems) Hm.....I've never been too fond of roses because everyone likes them......but I guess I like..........water lilies.

do you like the way you look?

message 3110: by Katarina (new)

Katarina | 491 comments No..

Same?

message 3111: by Grace (new)

Grace (fives) | 1090 comments Yeah, I don't really care though.

Have you ever thought -while dreaming- 'wow, this is an awesome dream, I hope I remember it!' and when you wake, you totally forgot the dream and all you remember is that you wanted to remember it? (It happens to me all the time!)

message 3112: by Sevania (new)

Sevania (sevthedev) | 2512 comments No. I'm not usually aware that I'm in a dream. I wish, though. I'd love to be able to lucid dream.

Have you ever written a whole book?

message 3113: by Halah (new)

Halah (valhalah) | 925 comments Yeah, last year with NaNoWriMo. Not published or anything but my dad got a printed copy made bc he wanted to read it 'properly'. It was pretty cool ^^

Ever written something you hate?

message 3114: by Sevania (new)

Sevania (sevthedev) | 2512 comments Ugh, yeah. Mostly essays :P

What is the color of the wall closest to you?

message 3115: by maddie (new)

maddie (nightgems) Kinda. Not a huge fan.

Best hotel room ever?

message 3116: by Grace (last edited Jun 08, 2013 07:36AM) (new)

Grace (fives) | 1090 comments Um... I... Don't remember, I think we stayed at a few hotels, but I barely remember them (I was six at the time.)

Have you ever been on a plane? And where were you going when you were on the plane?

message 3117: by Katarina (new)

Katarina | 491 comments No

message 3118: by Grace (new)

Grace (fives) | 1090 comments I don't know.

Have you ever been on a boat?

message 3119: by Brigid ✩, No tears in the writer, no tears in the reader. (new)

Brigid ✩ | 11973 comments Mod
Yup, a few times. I went a couple times as a little kid, I slept on this huge ship once (Girl Scouts, haha), I've been on a ferry to Cape Cod, and I went to this wedding on a cruise ship last year (we just cruised around Boston Harbor, but it was still really cool).

Did you believe in monsters when you were a kid?

message 3120: by Grace (new)

Grace (fives) | 1090 comments Kind of, I mean my sister once made me think there was a monster in the bathroom and really scared me...

What was your first pet's name?

message 3121: by Halah (new)

Halah (valhalah) | 925 comments Goldfish, Marlin and Nemo. So original..

Do you have your own laptop?

message 3122: by Grace (last edited Jun 08, 2013 09:53AM) (new)

Grace (fives) | 1090 comments Yep, I'm using it right now.

Have you ever watched a movie said to be really awful and enjoyed it?

message 3123: by Brigid ✩, No tears in the writer, no tears in the reader. (new)

Brigid ✩ | 11973 comments Mod
I live for horrible movies. "Troll 2" and "The Room" are some of my favorite movies of all time.

What's the first TV show you remember watching?

message 3124: by Taylor (new)

Taylor | 0 comments Anything broadcasted by PBS. :D Dragon Tales, Arthur, Reading Rainbow, Blue's Clues, Redwall…the list is pretty long, 'cause I watched a lot of TV when I was little.

When you miss somebody that you might not see ever again (not because of death), how do you cope?

message 3125: by maddie (new)

maddie (nightgems) I take as many photos as possible :)

Funniest joke you've ever heard?

message 3126: by Grace (new)

Grace (fives) | 1090 comments Um... Hmm... Let me think...
I guess the funniest joke I ever heard is 'Two hunters are out in the woods when one of them collapses. He doesn't seem to be breathing and his eyes are glazed. The other guy whips out his phone and calls the emergency services. He gasps, "My friend is dead! What can I do?" The operator says "Calm down. I can help. First, let's make sure he's dead." There is a silence, then a gunshot is heard. Back on the phone, the guy says "OK, now what?"'
I really laugh at that one!
But, I'm sure I've heard more funny ones, but sadly, I don't remember them.

What have you written today?

Grace (fives) | 1090 comments Oops! Double post!

message 3130: by Grace (last edited Jun 09, 2013 08:29AM) (new)

Grace (fives) | 1090 comments Um... I'll just post it here, I guess.

“Once upon a time a princess-”
“No, I'll tell the story!
A girl, a princess to be, that is. She sits on her bed, sadly. She should be happy, she's going to get married to the richest, the most handsome prince ever! But, no, she's sad. She doesn't love that man, no one could. He only thinks of himself and barely ever looks at women. He smiles brightly, but not at her, at his mother. His mother is so proud of him, she always wanted him to get married. The princess, that he will be marrying, is beautiful, with creamy almond eyes and soft light brown hair. Her skin is like pearl. She is beautiful, more than the prince. She has unnatural beauty, like a witch put a beauty spell on her. Surprisingly a witch had actually put a spell on her! Not a beauty spell, but an ugly spell!
The princess's mother, rest her soul, had gone to her mother, a hip witch, and told her to get rid of her daughter's shining super beauty, for it was way too much for any human to see! The princess's mother's mother told her that she could not do much, but that she would try. When she finished the strange spell, the baby was still beautiful, but not as beautiful as before. The baby no longer shined, but glowed. The princess has had a faint glow as long as she has remembered. No one else ever saw it. Not even her own to be husband! “Princess Sophie! You must come out right now!” A young girl yells from outside.
The princess stands up, she looks at the girl. “What am I needed for, young one?” Princess Sophie asks softly. The girl whispers quietly, “It's about your... mother.” The princess's eyes go wide. No one has ever told what happen to her mother, for she has not a clue of where she went. She just always thought her mother was dead. The girl points to a door, a door that wasn't there before.
“Where did that come from?” The princess gasps. The little girl shakes her head. “It's always been here,” She says with a slight smile. Princess Sophie reaches for the doorknob, but before she could turn the handle, it opens. Sophie turns to look for the child, but she was gone. The princess slowly walks into the room. The door slams behind her, she jumps and tries to open it again, but it's locked.
“Hey, sweetie, what you doing here?” a voice says from behind her. She turns to see who is speaking, she sees a man. He wears a dark, dark long coat with a cowboy hat. He smokes a cigarette and wears dark sunglasses. Sophie looks closely at his gloved hands. There is a 'W' on his gloves. He is a Hip Witch. Sophie backs away from him in fear. “What do you want?” She squeaks. “Oh, Sophie, don't be scared...” He says, his smile is shiny and bright. “I'm your brother!” He says with an even bigger smile.
Sophie laughs, her laughter gets louder and louder and finally, the Hip Witch says, “It's true! I am!” His smile turns into a frown. Princess Sophie just can't stop laughing, she wipes away tears of happiness. “Okay, okay. Tell me, what does it have to do with my mother?” She asks, with a little chuckle.
The Hip Witch sits down and poofs up a chair for Sophie. She sits down. -”
“Can I please, please tell the story now?”
“No! Where was I again? Oh, yeah,
She sits down. The Hip Witch begins to tell her how he knows he is her brother.
“When our mother was young, she had gone to her mother, who was a witch, and told her that she wanted a baby boy. So, her mother put a spell on her, so that she would give birth to a healthy baby boy. But, when she did give birth, she had money issues at the time, so she couldn't take care of me. She gave me to her mother, so she would raise me. When you were born, she... Disappeared.” He pauses for a moment. “Our grandmother was a witch, a hip one be that.” He says with a silly smile.
Sophie stares at him, she thinks he's insane. “She died a while ago,” He says, his smile goes away and he takes off his hat. His hair is a milky brown, it kind of looks like chocolate milk. He sadly takes off his sunglasses. Sophie sees that he has bright emerald eyes, unlike her brown eyes. She hardly even believes that he ever knew her grandmother! The Hip Witch can tell that. So, he tells her something. Something that he never tells anyone. “My name is... Kimberly,” The princess's eyes go wide and then she laughs, she laughs so hard she almost pees! The Hip Witch, or – Ha, gotta try not to laugh, ha ha! - Kimberly blushes. His face is bright red. Princess Sophie finally finishes her laughing fit. “Why are you named... Kimberly?” She asks, holding back laughter. “I don't like to talk about it,” He says coolly.
Sophie rolls her eyes. Kimberly sees this and stands. “You just want to know more about our mother, you don't care if I'm your brother or not!” He yells angrily. Sophie stands up fast and shouts, “No one can yell at me! I am the princess! It's my wedding day, dang it!” Kimberly sits back down and sighs.
He puts his sunglasses back on, and leans back in his chair. He angrily puts his feet on the table and knocks down a bunch of potions. As they break, they release spells. Like a hate spell and a hair spell and a Danny spell, whatever a Danny spell is, it breaks. And all the spells hit Kimberly.
Kimberly gasps. He knows that he now has three or four spells put on him.
Kimberly's hair grows fast pass his ears and his knees and his feet. - Man, his hair is totally fab... -
And something begins to grow out of his arm. A guy wearing a shirt that says 'Danny' on it comes out of Kimberly's arm. The man with the 'Danny' shirt starts talking about 'Teen Wolf' and 'True Blood'.

That's all I've written today.
It's not finished, though.

What did you think of what I wrote?
And yeah, I'm gonna force you to tell me what you thought! :p

Sam~~ we cannot see the moon, and yet the waves still rise~~ | 3061 comments i think it's a good start and you should continue writing.

what author inspires you and your writing most?

message 3132: by Sevania (new)

Sevania (sevthedev) | 2512 comments Basically whoever I happened to read most currently. Unless it was, like, really bad. Some examples: Laura Resau, Scott Westerfeld, and Tamora Pierce.

Same question?

message 3133: by Halah (new)

Halah (valhalah) | 925 comments Same here, whoever I happen to be reading the most at the moment. John Green, Anne Frank, Marcus Zusak, Tolkien..
I admire every author, even if they're bad, for at least trying. ((Stephanie Meyer is an exception though))

An author you really despise?

message 3134: by Sevania (new)

Sevania (sevthedev) | 2512 comments I don't despise any author because, like you said, at least they try. But, Alyson Noël's Riley Bloom series is almost painful to read. It's like she has a problem with complete sentences in it or something. I like some of Alyson Noël's other stuff, though.

What's the nearest stuffed animal to you?

message 3135: by Halah (new)

Halah (valhalah) | 925 comments There isn't any, at the moment.

Do you write a diary/journal?

Do you watch the Killing on AMC?

Sam~~ we cannot see the moon, and yet the waves still rise~~ | 3061 comments ((no problem. and i also fail at keeping a diary. i have started one so many times... and then i just get lazy and never write in it hahaha.))

message 3138: by Grace (last edited Jun 09, 2013 02:47PM) (new)

Grace (fives) | 1090 comments Right now, I'm addicted to reading Chaos Walking, (Even though I've only read the first one...) And other things I'm addicted to are...
Older movies (90's and 80's and sometime 70's.)
TV shows (The Killing, Teen Wolf (YES, I like teen wolf))
And Sci-fi books.
And some other stuff I can't remember...
