message 2152: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments Eyes but no legs.

Favorite movie series?

message 2153: by Halah (new)

Halah (valhalah) | 925 comments Pirates of the Caribbean. And lots more but that's on the top..

Do you get or have you gotten allowance?

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments I used to...

If you write book reviews, for what book did you write your longest review?

message 2155: by Elliott (last edited May 12, 2013 10:41AM) (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
My favorite book right now is Saving Francesca, and I think the worst thing about it is that it's not longer.
Which sounds really lame and like I refuse to see any flaws I'm my favorite book, but I really can't think of anything I didn't like about it.

Did you do anything for Mother's Day?

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments I made my mom tea in the morning, sent her an e-card, and am going to bake her a cake and take her out for lunch.

Same ?

message 2157: by Elliott (last edited May 12, 2013 10:44AM) (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
I ran a 5K with my mom this morning and now we're having lunch and I might make cookies later, but mostly for me.

Are you scared of snakes?

message 2158: by Sevania (last edited May 12, 2013 10:51AM) (new)

Sevania (sevthedev) | 2512 comments Death.

What's your favorite music genre?

message 2159: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
Whatever Marina and the Diamonds is, haha.

Do you work out?

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments Happy Grad. It was a superbowl commercial. Look it up, it's HILARIOUS!

Same ?

message 2161: by Sevania (new)

Sevania (sevthedev) | 2512 comments Orbit strawberry mint, yum.

Are you happy with your physical appearance?

message 2162: by Taylor (new)

Taylor | 0 comments Not particularly. I love my eyes. That's about it. My smile is weird, my head is lopsided, and the older I get, the more my height and small build bother me.

Same question?

message 2163: by Taylor (new)

Taylor | 0 comments OOH I SO HAVE THIS ONE!!!

Hazel. 100% most inspirational human being for me. Yay!

Are there any actors/actresses you find gross?

message 2164: by Brigid ✩, No tears in the writer, no tears in the reader. (new)

Brigid ✩ | 11973 comments Mod
Umm I think "Oh No!" by Marina and the Diamonds. I just really relate to it, especially:

One track mind, one track heart
If I fail, I'll fall apart
Maybe it is all a test
'Cause I feel like I'm the worst
So I always act like I'm the best

... Yup.

Same question?

message 2165: by Isaac (new)

Isaac | 8014 comments "Night Song," preferably Bobby Darin's version.

Where do you go when you feel like your brain is on fire
Where do you go when you don't even know what it is your desire

And later,

Music but a lonely song
When you can't help wondering where do I belong

What was the last place you went to?

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments Noodles & Company

Same ?

message 2167: by Halah (last edited May 12, 2013 03:29PM) (new)

Halah (valhalah) | 925 comments My grandparents house. Last night..

What did you last eat?

message 2168: by Annemarie, hi (new)

Annemarie Carlson (annielawlz) | 3393 comments Mod
Mashed potatoes.

Who's a really overrated actress?

message 2169: by EJ (new)

EJ | 301 comments Umm I don't know. I want to say Anne Hathaway or Jennifer Lawrence because I feel like a lot of people just love them for the sake of loving them, you know? Like, I'll admit that I like Jennifer Lawrence as a person but honestly I've only seen Hunger Games and that's it. And just Anne Hathaway seems to attract the love of lots of kids who are into theater and stuff and I don't get it?

What was the longest you've ever had to wait for something? (This is really vague, sorry about that)

message 2170: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
I have been waiting for a boy to kiss me for my entire preteen and adolescent life and, you know, when I was a little kid I was like I'm sure it will happen in high school and um yeah NOPE.

Are you lazy?

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments YES.

Most boring class you take?

message 2172: by Halah (new)

Halah (valhalah) | 925 comments I'm homeschooled, but my math course sucks.

What your current obsession? Or do you have one..

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments 1000000% The Mortal Instruments. OBSESSIVE.

Same ?

message 2174: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments Aaron Tveit. no it is not creepy to be obsessed with a person

How many bookshelves are there in your house?

Sam~~ we cannot see the moon, and yet the waves still rise~~ | 3061 comments i don't know, a lot.

what is your favorite book that you don't actually own? (like, maybe you borrowed it from a library, friend, etc.)

message 2176: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments It's okay on some people. But I don't usually like big, thick beards on men unless they're at least 30. Or Amish.

What color socks are you wearing?

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments none

What is your favorite clothing brand?

message 2178: by Halah (new)

Halah (valhalah) | 925 comments I like AEO, but really, I don't judge clothes on brand name. As long as I like the clothing, it doesn't matter where its from.

On what device do you usually access goodreads on?

message 2179: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments My iPod or my laptop.

Have you ever had a theme party?

message 2180: by Isaac (new)

Isaac | 8014 comments Like a party with a theme? Like other than a birthday party? Ah, I guess it doesn't matter, considering family birthday parties are the only parties I've ever had. :P

What time is it?

message 2181: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
SUMMER TIME. IT'S OUR VACATION.

Are you excited for summer?

message 2182: by maddie (new)

maddie (nightgems) I don't know about your clock but mine says 6:25

If you could stay any age forever, which age would you be?

message 2183: by maddie (new)

maddie (nightgems) Oh no! Double post! Opps :)

message 2184: by maddie (new)

maddie (nightgems) YES VERY

if you could stay any age forever, what would it be?

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments Forever 21 I guess?

Same ?

message 2186: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
Hmm. Maybe 29.

What are you currently reading?

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments City of Fallen Angels and Romeo & Juliet.

What are you planning on reading next?

message 2188: by EJ (new)

EJ | 301 comments I want to finish The Miseducation of Cameron Post as soon as I'm done with 1984 for school.

What's stressing you out right now?

message 2189: by Sevania (new)

Sevania (sevthedev) | 2512 comments Well, one of these days I'll get around to The Book Thief and The Fault in Our Stars, I'm also planning on reading The Great Gatsby so I can watch the movie.

Same question?

message 2190: by Sevania (new)

Sevania (sevthedev) | 2512 comments Ack, double post.

I'm stressed by the upcoming concerts this weekend and the math tournament next weekend. I just have to hold on until summer. I can do it *takes deep breath*

What's the stupidest thing you've ever done?

message 2191: by EJ (new)

EJ | 301 comments Umm right now I'm wallowing in the stupidity of getting 29 out of 70 practice AP World questions right... aw yeah. Totally going to ace this thing.

But if by stupid you mean embarrassing, I've unfortunately put those memories into a far corner of my brain and try not to think of them.

Do you do your homework as soon as you get home?

message 2192: by maddie (new)

maddie (nightgems) I guess do something my friend told me of do in front of the teacher. I got in trouble

If you could be any animal, what would you be?

message 2193: by maddie (new)

maddie (nightgems) Opps double post

message 2194: by Sevania (new)

Sevania (sevthedev) | 2512 comments @EJ: Hahahahahahahahaha no.

@Medeleine: A bird of prey. Or, many a pterosaurus. Yeah, that would be awesome.

message 2195: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments What's one thing you've done or said that you now regret?

message 2196: by Taylor (new)

Taylor | 0 comments Anything I said during junior high. :(

Okay…Thursday is my last meeting with my writing group that I'll be in charge of. After that, I'm graduating and moving (not too far) away. What should I talk to them about? What should my last words of advice and instruction be?

message 2197: by Halah (last edited May 14, 2013 08:50AM) (new)

Halah (valhalah) | 925 comments Um, tell them to not let your absence affect them, and to keep writing no matter what, and that writing has no limits or borders, and that regret is an evil thing that should be conquered. And maybe show them this or take things from it(asides from the grad part);
http://fishingboatproceeds.tumblr.com...
I found it highly inspirational..

Samequestionincaseididterriblyandmyadvicemadenoimpactwhatsoever?

message 2198: by Sevania (new)

Sevania (sevthedev) | 2512 comments I would say, compile a list of important things you've learned over however much time you've been with them, and include things you learned from them. Read/show/present the list to them. Try to avoid cliched things. Um, yeah.

What is the object directly to your right?

message 2199: by Halah (new)

Halah (valhalah) | 925 comments My dads oversized glass tea mug. I'm zombie meat.

Same?

message 2200: by Taylor (new)

Taylor | 0 comments O_o No object, but there is a girl.

Do you like crispy bacon?
