Biggest celebrity crush?

message 1956: by Taylor (new)

Taylor | 0 comments Um…I don't really crush on celebs. Colin Firth is a role model, though! :P

Did you have imaginary friends as a child?

message 1957: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
If by "as a child" you mean when I was 14, then yes. XD But I'm sure I had them as a child as well.

Did you play pretend a lot as a child?

message 1958: by Taylor (new)

Taylor | 0 comments Hunger Games and Doctor Who. Now I hate the former and don't have time for the latter.

Same question.

message 1959: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments I don't know if I've loved anything long before it got popular, but I liked Twilight right before it got really popular.

What are your plans for the summer?

message 1964: by Halah (new)

Condescending people.

What's a quote you really like?

message 1967: by Halah (new)

Halah (valhalah) | 925 comments Oh wow I have TONS. But here's one: “Sometimes you read a book so special that you want to carry it around with you for months after you've finished just to stay near it.” ~ Marcus Zusak.

What's the worst sickness you've had?

message 1968: by Brigid ✩, No tears in the writer, no tears in the reader. (new)

Brigid ✩ | 11973 comments Mod
Thankfully I haven't gotten too horribly sick at any point in my life; I mostly just get colds. *Knocks on wood* Probably the sickest I've been was last year when I got the flu. I had a fever of like 104 degrees and my heart was beating at like 135 beats per minute which felt really scary. And I was so tired and weak I like literally couldn't move from my bed. That was probably the worst I've ever felt in my life. But yeah, I'm pretty lucky because I don't think I've ever been sicker than that. *... Knocks on wood again*

Most embarrassing obsession you've ever had?

message 1969: by Taylor (new)

School.

Are you in a good mood?

message 1974: by Brigid ✩, No tears in the writer, no tears in the reader. (new)

Brigid ✩ | 11973 comments Mod
Ehh. Ish. I have to finish writing a really long research paper (although I only have a couple pages left, so yaaay). Also I think I'm getting sick so I feel really tired/gross. I'll be a lot happier in the next few days when I'm done with school for the year ... (But also sad because I'll have to leave campus, waaah.)

Same question?

message 1975: by Elliott (last edited May 06, 2013 02:30PM) (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
Oops, I changed it to in a good mood. XD But I'll answer "are you happy?" because that's more fun.

I'm not really sure. Right now, kind of, because I'm out of school and watching HIMYM and it always makes me pretty happy, at least superficially, but these past few weeks haven't been the best for me. :P BUT it's almost summer, and I'm sure I'll be a lot happier then.

What shows do you watch?

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments I don't know, I'm kind of anxious about everything I want to do and need to do and books not coming out and main characters dying and GAHH I need someone to like shoot me with a tranquilizer dart.

Do you like basketball?

message 1977: by EJ (new)

EJ | 301 comments I'm in a sort of good mood. Today was pretty good, (my failing history grade ended up not counting, I laughed so hard in health class that i cried and had to exit the room, fun stuff) but I'm really stressed about AP exams and finals and projects and tests and ugggghh.

Do you like roller coasters?

message 1978: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
OH SNAP TRIPLE POST. I'll answer these two and ask mine again.

I love basketball! I start on my school's varsity team (I'm pretty legit (okay fine my school has 50 people in it shhh)) and it's my favorite sport to play.

Also, I like roller coasters most of the time, but sometimes they make me motion sick.

What shows do you watch?

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments I watch The Voice, Monk, Regular Show (Don't judge), and The Simpsons. Nothing else really comes to mind.

DO you like detective shows?

message 1980: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
Sometimes. I absolutely love Sherlock.

How do you feel about adverbs?

message 1981: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments They always confused me when I studied grammar. But uh they're fine I guess?

Do you like dried fruit?

message 1982: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
Most of the time. Except for raisins.

Do you like chocolate?

message 1983: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments Yeah, but I'm pretty picky with chocolate. I only like milk chocolate and I usually don't eat it plain, it has to be with something else (like nuts or whatever) or in something (like chocolate cake or cupcakes).

What shoe size are you?

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments Depends on the shoe, normally I'm a 6 1/2 or a 7.

What's your opinion on cliffhangers?

message 1985: by Elliott (new)

Elliott | 22634 comments Mod
I don't mind them, as long as they make sense and add to the story. I feel like a lot of cliffhangers are pretty gimmicky, though, which bothers me. But sometimes I think they're kind of fun and add to the anticipation of the next book. I had no problem with the cliffhangers in the Chaos Walking Trilogy because they were just so good and ajslkdfadsf. But in other books that feel like they're just there for the shock factor, eh, not so much.

Do you want to live in a house or an apartment or something else?

message 1986: by Halah (last edited May 06, 2013 03:54PM) (new)

Halah (valhalah) | 925 comments I fantasize of living in an RV, traveling Europe and later, the rest of the world. My biggest dream actually.

When's the last time you laughed so hard you cried?

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments Probably a month ago, maybe a little closer, 2 weeks ago maybe? I love my friends.

What book do you wish was the story of your life?

message 1988: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments I don't know if it counts since it's more than one book, but... the Betsy-Tacy series. Especially the last few books.

What's one thing you can't live without?

message 1989: by Sevania (new)

Sevania (sevthedev) | 2512 comments Oxygen.

Is there someone who annoys you to the point of wishing you would never, ever see them again?

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments A lot of days, everyone.

When is your favorite time of day?

message 1991: by Sevania (new)

Sevania (sevthedev) | 2512 comments Night. When I'm writing or sleeping.

What time do you do your writing at typically?

message 1992: by Halah (last edited May 06, 2013 04:35PM) (new)

Halah (valhalah) | 925 comments Honestly, I haven't written anything asides from essays these past two months. But I usually get my good ideas at night, so I try to write then.

Same question?

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments Whenever I'm inspired, whatever time it may be.

Math. Love it or hate it? Somewhere in the middle?

message 1994: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments More towards the hate side, but hate is such a strong word...

What is the stupidest movie you've ever seen?

message 1995: by Sevania (new)

Sevania (sevthedev) | 2512 comments Love, because it makes sense to me and I'm good at it.

Do you have a good memory when taking tests?

Saru (Queen of Bookland) (sarulovesbooks) | 3290 comments Double post! I'll answer both questions then ask one of my own!

The stupidest movie I've ever seen? 2012.

No. I blank out when I take tests and it's gotten me C's and D's before.

On a scale of 1-10, how much are you looking forward to summer? 1 is the least.
