Answer My Question

Purple. Its been my favourite since I can remember. idk why, I just find it appealing. Everyone knows that purple is my colour..
The most beautiful thing you've ever heard? Be it a song, sound, words..

If you could pass a law what would it be?

Same?

I'd increase taxes by $50 and send that extra money to places like Africa. For poverty and starving children and whatnot.
Does music inspire you? If you listen to good music, do all these story ideas randomly pop into your head?

Same?

I've never tried listening to music while writing, but yes sometimes a song sets a mood that sparks an idea.. Like listening to sad songs make me want to write dramatic poetry, or a song that has a story makes me imagine my own version of it or imagine reasons that the person wrote such a song.. So yes.
Was there a moment when after you were never the same again?

For me, probably telling my dad I couldn't live with him anymore, which didn't happen too long ago. He would've left when I was sixteen, but I can't wait that long. He's one of those ignorant, control-freak types. Really hard to deal with.
The or one of the most difficult points in your life? Since we've got a sad chain of answers going now.

Sorry for starting the 'sad chain' ;P
Awhile after I turned 17 around new years. Basically an existential crisis but it went further than that and I realize now it was probably depression.. It went on for about 2 or 3 months. I was also beginning to really feel the affect of anxiety and I hated it, and I was scared. Its hard to explain.. But after that, I'd say my 17th year was one of my best. I changed and developed a lot.. Yup. this also kind of answers the previous q.
What makes you feel better?
(Note: I extended the deadline of the contest going on so if you're interested.. go write.)

Something/someone everyone seems to love but you cant stand?

No, I eat anything. Unless its like cow intestines or something. Or asparagus.
Do you like your voice?

What's your earliest memory?

Worst dream you've ever had?

I guess this science fiction dream I had I promise you it could've been a movie, where we (Me and five hero's who were supposedly my friends, who I have never met before lol) had to save the world and at the end we had to fight Death (this creepy white creature) abd then at the last battle I got scared and backed out... yeah I know dumb of me...and then my friends were the heroes and not me...
it would've been a great book but in a dream it was so creepy abd then I was disappointed in myself...
Who is your celebrity crush?

The air is fresh and promising, it makes me feel so hopeful and energetic. I feel like standing on a ledge, spreading my arms towards the heavens with my face upturned, my eyes closed...embracing the beauty of life...ahhh...
What's your favorite comfort food?

I asked my friend this question and her answer: Myself

If you could live in a book world for a year, which book would you like to jump into?

I could probably create an infinite loop by asking the same question xD
I love rain. The melancholy mood makes me happy for some reason. Do you like rain? What mood does it give you?

I totally agree with you. I'm always motivated to do things on rainy days, esp. creative things. And it puts me in a good mood. Because really, its amazing and beautiful but we're so used to it, take it for granted..
After reading, do you feel that the book affects your day? Do you start thinking like the characters, confusing both worlds?

Speaking of which, do you prefer reading books or watching movies?

Same?

Alicia is right, it really depends. I wouldn't put down a Harry Potter book for any movie, and I wouldn't stop watching The Lion The Witch and the Wardrobe for any book. Really depends if it's good or not.
What is ONE most important thing you want to accomplish in your life?

I'm Alina, not Alicia. ;)
One of the most important things I want to accomplish at life is simply to succeed at it. I want to get into a good college and get the proper education, so I can get a really good job and live life fairly well.
Do you do anything special for St. Patrick's Day besides wear something green?

If you were a crayon, what color would you be?

If you could communicate with one species of animals, which animal would you choose?

No worries! ;)
@Hayden,
The only reason I remembered was because my brothers pinch really, really hard. XD
If I could communicate with any animal, it would probably be my dog. She's my best friend and I've had her for a long time. Sometimes I just want to hear what she has to say, you know?
What is your favorite type of tea, if you like tea?

(aka I hate tea)
What song drives you nuts?

Honestly, you should try some hibiscus tea, lightly sugared, with a whole strawberry in it. It's to die for.
Most cheesy Disney movie songs, especially Frozen's songs. *shudders*
What song do you keep coming back to listen too, even though you've probably heard it a million times?

Umm I guess I'll go with "If You Can Find Me I'm Here" (from the 1966 Evening Primrose)?? Mostly because I just really love that song and Anthony Perkins is adorable slay me 3
How have you been doing?

That being said, I love good soundtracks, even without lyrics.
Favorite type/style of music?

@Hayden , you crack me up
Film scores and soundtracks...it transports me to different places and I watch dramas played out in my mind while listening. Sometimes I start acting/dancing in my living room to the music

I love too many genres how on Earth can I choose ;_;
I love the Romantic period in classical music, swing/lounge music, and R&B in particular.
What website do you spend the most time on?

Goodreads.
I don't have a Facebook profile so guess this is my Facebook

Barely ever watching the film and reading the book, unless it's Ender's Game or something of the sort. The Hunger Games movies were okay in my opinion, a little overrated, and the first-person present tense isn't my style. I like both the Harry Potter books and movies... But to answer the question, not normally, no.
Same?

Whats the worst lie you ever told?

What was the worst lie you ever told yourself?

sigh...
Many things in life I wish I could do over yet at the same time I regret nothing because it is only through mistakes that growth takes place. Everything was and is a learning curve.
What are you working on (writing wise) now?

What object would you pick out of your childhood to represent it?

I'm not kidding. I took Emily bear everywhere with me! Once I got older I put her away buy wouldn't throw her out, it was too sentimental. Now that my daughter is two, it's hers...family heirloom and all...
This is a personal question but it's still a question so it counts right?
Should I post my novel? For those of you who posted before did it help you? And should I be embarrassed that it's not as good as other people's writing?
I think the deadline would help me be more motivated to write consistently.

Question: Say you're working on a piece and you have a stockpile of extra ideas. Would you rather save those ideas for a different story/sequel or try implement them wherever you see fit?
