Grace (fives) | 1090 comments Hahahahahahahaha!!! It is the best marvel movie I have ever seen!!
I loved it.
So.
Much.
Haha, I will stop with the crazy laughter, but I do have to say that it was probably- no, it was the best marvel movie I've ever seen.
So, if you haven't seen it yet, and are wondering if it's any good.
Just go. Go see it, now. Like, right now.

What was the last movie you saw and what did you think of it?

message 5502: by Alina (new)

Alina (alinapink-rose) | 331 comments The last movie I saw was Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Beatniks.
And like all MST 3K I've seen so far, I loved it!

Same?

message 5503: by Allison (last edited Aug 11, 2014 05:16PM) (new)

Allison | 679 comments The last movie I saw.......... I'm trying to think...

Million Dollar Arm. It was okay. I'd recommend it.

Do you put Easter eggs in your books like I do? ((I have this character named Oscar that is part time high school kid, part time magical person smart aleck right now!))

message 5504: by Grace (new)

Grace (fives) | 1090 comments I have no idea what you mean.
Do you mean like putting another character of mine from another story in as a minor character or what? I have no idea, so I guess I don't.

If you drew/draw one of your characters would they come out looking just as you imagine them or would they end up looking like horribly drawn stick figures?

message 5505: by Alina (new)

Alina (alinapink-rose) | 331 comments Oh, the horribly drawn stick figures for sure. :P I suck at drawing people, especially when I'm trying to draw them a certain way. I'm like a free draw type of person, I just draw what comes naturally to my hand. :P

Same?

message 5506: by Halah (last edited Aug 11, 2014 01:45AM) (new)

Halah (valhalah) | 925 comments Probably not just the way I imagined them, but I love drawing people so I think if I tried hard enough it would come out ok. In an illustrated style though, not realistic.

Do you sometimes use celebrities/actors etc to imagine characters in books you read?

message 5507: by Grace (new)

Grace (fives) | 1090 comments Nope. I never do that. Though, sometimes I try, but there are no actors that look like what I want my character to look like.

When you look away from the screen of Goodreads, what colour do you see?

message 5508: by Allison (new)

Allison | 679 comments Eh. A bluish whitish. With some pink. It's hard to describe.

Do you play Minecraft?

message 5509: by Alina (new)

Alina (alinapink-rose) | 331 comments Occasionally with my younger brothers, not to much though. I mostly play Skyrim.

Do you ever have trouble knowing whether to write your story in first person or in third person?

message 5510: by Allison (new)

Allison | 679 comments Yes. Normally with fantasy I do third person, but the rest of the genres are usually first person for me. My fantasies can get pretty long, and first person makes things even longer for me.

Same?

message 5511: by Grace (new)

Grace (fives) | 1090 comments I like doing first person because it's super easy for me to write in, but when I have too many characters I use third person.

When you read your writing out loud do you realize how many errors you make?

message 5512: by Halah (new)

Halah (valhalah) | 925 comments I don't read it out loud, but it helps to see mistakes when I read it like someone else wrote it.

How does your editing/proof reading process go like?

message 5513: by Grace (new)

Grace (fives) | 1090 comments When I first edit my writing I'm all like "Woo! It looks great!"
Then after a week, I decide to click the speak button in my notes. (I'm using my iPad.) and she starts reading it out loud and I'm like... "Wait, what? How did this happen? That should be 'he' not 'h' and where's the 'has' there?!"
And this happens many times.
No matter how much I edit things, there is always something wrong.

What was the number 1 hit song when you were born?

message 5514: by Halah (last edited Aug 13, 2014 12:47AM) (new)

Do you like re-reading books?

message 5517: by Allison (new)

Allison | 679 comments YES. My mom thinks I'm weird for doing it. Me: "Can I buy this book?" Mom: "Have you already read it?" Me: "...Yes." Mom: "Then why would you want to read it again?" Me: "........because it's awesome."

Same?

message 5518: by Megan (new)

Megan Mweemba (meganlovesbooks) | 3196 comments Definitely (as long as it's a book I liked in the first place, of course). I have a really bad memory when it comes to books (maybe because I read so much the more recent books cram out older books in my brain? or something?) so I love to re-read for that reason and just because if a book is super good, why WOULDN'T you want to read it again?

What movie have you watched the most times?

message 5519: by Halah (new)

Halah (valhalah) | 925 comments I'm too tired to find out. Maybe 40 seconds I think.

Whats the scariest thing that happened to you?

message 5520: by Grace (new)

Same?

message 5542: by tesni (new)
