LUCKY! Some of my friends went when they were at the Sprint Center in Kansas City last month...sooo jealous.

I've been obsessed with the song Ode to Sleep by Twenty-One Pilots. It's so strange and you can't fit it into a single genre of music and the voice is just really great and AHH I APPROVE.

You are a little late but OH MY GOSH I LOVE THAT SONG. I actually heard their cover before I heard the original song, and I immediately fell in love with it. Why are they just so good?!?

(the only thing i don't like about their cover is that they cut the second verse out. I think that's my favorite verse and, you know, it would've been nicer if it was longer)

Yeeeah, I tend not to hear about good music until a few years after the fact. I kind of hate it. *facepalm* My friend was always talking about Sing Off when I was in high school and now I regret not watching it.

It's not even fair. They all have such great ranges and they blend so well. They manage make me like some songs that I hate otherwise. I'd like it if they did some original stuff (which is a little harder with a cappella, so I can understand why they wouldn't) or maybe did arrangements of less mainstream songs.

I wish they had kept the second verse, too. *nod*

I want to form an a cappella group so badly. Maybe I'll luck out in college, but if I could just get good recording equipment, maybe I could be my own group.

(For the record, I still don't know how to spell a cappella. EVERY DICTIONARY SAYS SOMETHING DIFFERENT AND NO MATTER WHAT I TYPE INTO GOOGLE IT SAYS I'M WRONG.)
