AND OMG HAYDEN YOU'RE LISTENING TO FLEET FOXES YESSS THEY'RE AMAZING <3"
I LOVE THEM OMG

I'm in a chamber choir and we're doing his Messe Basse (which Maria Mater Gratiae is from) this term. It's so beautiful! Recently we've been doing a lot of church pieces that have sounded quite dark and dissonant and harsh and things (Britten's Missa Brevis and suchlike) so it's nice to actually sing something that makes communion sound like...a nice thing?

Dude, they were amazing. Their concert was really energetic, which I wouldn't exactly have expected from them, but WOW.

They had a concert in a town near my college but it was over the summer. *cries* Maybe they'll come back again. :P

I keep wondering why more people aren't talking about this song."
Mary Lambert is wonderful.

I have listened to this song waaaay too much. Guess you could say... *puts on sunglasses* I don't know how to turn it off.

I feel really weird and awkward right now. Most of the ones I'm posting are by the same pianist and some are religious. Oh well. It's Sunday. It makes sense to me.

There's nothing wrong with that––I've been known to post a million songs by the same artist in a row before. :P And any type of music is fine!
Stromae - Formidable
I just really love this song and the stories behind some of the verses, okay?

SAME. Alicia got me obsessed with it. And I'm actually listening to it right now...
Taylor Swift-Clean
Emeli Sandé - Daddy
Love this song, but I wish she hadn't collaborated with Naughty Boy on it. I've heard three songs where he's involved and every single beat sounds the same.

I just might buy sheet music for this, because I need something angry to pound on the piano.

I'm listening to Wildest Dreams. This album is my favorite thing right now, seriously.
