Gah, I love that song."
Ugh yeah! This whole album is about my state.... so I really like. And I go to school in Ypsilanti. It's all very weird.

Haha that used to be like my favorite song ever. I have fond memories of singing it loudly in the subway with my friend one time. :P

She's too far up in her nasal palette to me. And when she isn't singing through her nose, she's singing through her throat. But... she can belt fairly well so... I can give her that...

The Family Jewels is my favorite album by her, but I finally listened to most of Electra Heart and I really like it. Her lyrics seem really flippant in some of the songs, but then they actually mean something really deep, or something, haha. It's cool.

Family Jewels is my favorite as well. A lot of the songs are just so relatable for me. Anyway ... honestly, I think I've only listened to Electra Heart once and I found it underwhelming and didn't think it was as innovative as her old stuff. But I should probably give it another try, because sometimes an album takes a few listens to really grow on me. It took me a while to get used to her previous albums and I love them now, so ... :P

Yeah, the first time I listened to Electra Heart I wasn't into it, but something clicked with it last night. Maybe it was just my mindset last night but aaaah.

Halestorm - Familiar Taste of Poison
I'm trying to listen to my whole iTunes library in descending order of popularity. So ... yeah. This is my 134th most-played song. Woohoo!
