Haha. Yeah, they take a lot of songs I hate and turn them into good arrangements, if nothing else. (Like Starships. Stupid song, but crikey are they talented.) Plus, they're family friendly, and considering how much Thrift Shop swears, just the lyrics for this cover must have taken some effort.

There's a fix for that problem . . . go to the folder you saved the song in, right click and open properties. Untick the part that says 'read-only' or something like that. Save. Go back and edit. It should be fine.

No, I hear most of the songs on SiriusXM Alt Nation, and look them up on Spotify and then find related artists. But, sometimes, I hear about them from other people.

Yay that's so great! :D There are so many things I love about her ... like, her voice is kind of "operatic" but she combines it with pop which is really cool and unusual. And like on the surface her songs seem all cheerful and fun but a lot of them actually have really strong social messages or they're actually super personal. I've always found her songs strongly relatable, especially the ones on "Family Jewels." Okay I will stop ranting now. I just love her. A lot. ;)
