Raphael escapes the island and reaches Noah. Why wasn't LCR able to then find Reddington's secret hideaway?

Raphael was gone for days and when Dylan finally reached Noah, there were no plans in place to be in La Rosa. This was a major plot hole for me. LCR should have been there already.

Charlene (charlenethestickler) | 1392 comments I am vague on that part of the story; I'll have to go back and read where Raphael got in touch with Noah. I wondered whether Raphael had gone to ground before contacting Noah, but I might have just skipped blissfully over the hole in the plot.
