Grazzit | 21 comments I love the world she created, that got me to read the first few books. But if you took the whole series (13) and removed the porn, it would be 6 books long.

However those 6 books are great :)

Oleander | 39 comments Guess I'll start on this one next.

Some are more erotic than others. This one starts out with a lot of erotic thought then goes to a nice balance, it keeps you from being bored with the world building at the very beginning. It is definitely PNR with a great UF plot going on within it.

I just reread (listen to audio this time) and added to my review. https://www.goodreads.com/review/show...
This is one of those series I don't find hard to reread. And since the books only come out every year or so, I reread quite a bit to get the details back in my mind. This first book isn't really necessary for the details but it is fun to see them get together again since they are well established in the series now.

My two favorite PNR series are Psy-changelings and Immortals After Dark. The other series on my favorites are all UF, Mercy Thompson, Kate Daniels, The Others (Anne Bishop), Iron Druid, etc... Of the two PNRs, Psy-changelings has the better UF plot-line going on in the background, though IAD is definitely more fun after the first couple of books. Nix rocks the crazy.

I've been on a reading kick this month as 4 book read and none were new so far.

Don't let the choice of characters that Singh chooses for the next books, stop you from have interest. She pulls them into the world quite nicely and you end up loving them too. This starts on book 6, when new character that are not changelings are added to the mix. You still will see the changelings and other characters from previous books, don't worry.

Oleander | 39 comments Well into the book and I'm really liking it. The psy race is intriguing, and with a serial killer on the loose, a possible race war, a woman struggling to become 'human', and a delicious cat - I'm a happy camper.

I'm now on the third one in the series and am really enjoying it. I still like the Guild Hunter series better, but this one is great, too.
