I don't tend to use the internet much for names because I usually find them elsewhere but The Medieval Names Archive is very, very cool and even if I don't need it for writing I could read through its records all day.
Thanks, Tesni! I'm going to add sections for character development and names, so those are all helpful sources to have. :)
Do you want writing communities? If so, add
www.youngwriterssociety.com
The navigation and layout are pretty bad/confusing, but the system for reviewing makes up for that.

Also www.figment.com
Same thing with worse system (a lot of writing gets ignored), but it's easier to find your way around.

For names
www.nameberry.com is the best. You can browse without being a member, but if you want to ask the users something on the forums, you have to be one (there's a forum specifically for writing, by the way. It's not as active as the rest of the site, but there are people who use it)

Also just read- "Save The Cat" by Blake Snyder. He gives very specific advice and an excellent blueprint for screenwriting.
Thanks Mindy, I'll look into those! They both sound awesome. :) Man I haven't updated this stuff in a super long time, but maybe I will start compiling stuff again, haha.
