message 102: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth | 2466 comments lol we stopped putting them away we just have two dressers so much easier

message 103: by Simmaron (new)

Simmaron (mybookedlife) | 1119 comments Over here there are only four or three months of winter. And after the kite festival summers officially arrive.

message 104: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth | 2466 comments that must be great when I was little we lived in Florida BIG change to where I live now

message 105: by Emily (new)

Emily (emily21) | 217 comments Thats smart.. I don't know if all my clothes would fit in my closet... We have a small apartment in the city and closet space is not abundant

message 106: by Simmaron (new)

Simmaron (mybookedlife) | 1119 comments Ah same here Emily I don't feel like putting my winter clothes back.

message 107: by Simmaron (new)

Simmaron (mybookedlife) | 1119 comments Yeah it's great Elizabeth . All day long ppl on their terraces fly kites and it's kinda competition that whose will last longer. Lol . Sky is so colourful that day.

message 108: by Emily (new)

Emily (emily21) | 217 comments Ya I never used to, but when I moved space was so limited I had to leave some stuff at home... lucky for me home is 45 mins away so I know March in the Midwest does not equal spring weather... lol.. it equals snow storms apparently.

message 109: by Emily (new)

Emily (emily21) | 217 comments That sounds beautiful.

message 110: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth | 2466 comments that sounds awesome we have festivals in each town during the summer and they have hot air balloons that fill the sky but it doesn't song as pretty as the kites

message 111: by Kate (new)

Kate (kaitlins16) Kite competitions would be so cool, but they never happen here. We have our annual fair and Memorial day carnival with jet boat races, but kites or hot air balloons would be so cool.

message 112: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth | 2466 comments our big thing is the 4-h fairs during the summer I guess we are the rednecks we love our demo derbies lol

message 113: by Kate (new)

Kate (kaitlins16) I'm not into 4-h, but that's a big thing here, too.

message 114: by Emily (new)

Emily (emily21) | 217 comments I've never seen a kite competition either, but can image they would be beautiful with all the different colors.

message 115: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth | 2466 comments I was when I was in school but no so much any more we go to the concerts and the demos

message 116: by Simmaron (new)

Simmaron (mybookedlife) | 1119 comments Yeah that's really beautiful. I spend my whole day on my terrace. I don't know how to fly one but watching is equally fun. Although my dad is good in that. This was the third time I have experienced this bcuz it's in this part of the country where I'm currently living.

message 117: by Emily (new)

Emily (emily21) | 217 comments I love music festivals, Lollapalooza is my favorite.

message 118: by Elizabeth (new)

Elizabeth | 2466 comments I have heard of it but never been

message 119: by Emily (new)

Emily (emily21) | 217 comments I've gone every year since I was 16. Its always a lot of fun even if the line-up isn't the best.

You try one of our BOTM's, or The Fault In Our Stars a previous BOTM. They are all really good.

Got home a little awhile ago from school where I finished my last finals and finished the second trimester of my Junior year! It feels so nice to be done with it, and I'm planning on celebrating by reading the entire three-day weekend. :)

message 150: by Kate (new)

Kate (kaitlins16) For Graceling? I think I may look for it at my school library this week so I can read it again. I would be way behind you, but we can still make a Buddy Reads discussion for it.
