My first impressions are probably about forgetting the trailers/posters i've seen for the movie! I have not seen the movie but even seeing the trailers you get an impression of character and scene (as seen on the screen!).
I'm predicting a sort of whirl wind of colour, experience and flavour... as well as some philosophical musings. I'm looking forward to being taken away on some sort of adventure with this book!

I've read the whole book, and I'm in the same boat as Emily! I found it so hard to read the book without visualising the movie. That being said, it was a lovely lovely book and a wonderful story! Heartwarming, clever and funny all at the same time.In the end, the movie did help me understand the concepts of the book!
Oh thanks for commenting Ally! I had totally forgot that we started this book club. I still haven't seen the movie, but I adored the book. What would you guys be interested in reading next? :)
