Loading pics and video's

Can anyone tell me how to load pics and video's so that they appear on my author page?

Underneath your profile pic there is a link to add more photos, and if you scroll down you'll see under 'Videos' a link 'Add one now'. If that doesn't answer your questions you'd better ask in the Feedback group, or maybe the Author feedback group.

I am unable to figure this out. I wanted to add a picture of me, but keep being told I need to be a librarian

If you mean on your author profile (I'm guessing https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...), you need to claim it first, which you can do by clicking the "Is this you? Let us know" link at the bottom of the page. It will merge with your reader profile, and then you can add information.
