No, it's with a bus tour group. The only part I planned was Netherlands because it wasn't a part of the package, but I couldn't go to Europe without going there because it's where my family is from :)

edit: I have a nii-san (brother, twin bro but virtual) there and we're really close but I didn't tell him so he'll be upset but I must stay away from him too, for now I need peace. If I log in to tell him, it would defeat my purpose to stay away >.<
He's intelligent, he'll get it.
I am 9 books behind my schedule because of the game.

I wish I could game...I got a small computer for school so it's easier to carry, but my computer doesn't support many games' graphics. I'm trying to play Stardew Valley (because I'm basically a nerdy farmer in real life, so why not), but the game keeps crashing because of the graphics.. sad..

I was once playing Sims 3 for something ridiculous like 4 hours straight & my laptop started smoking and then turned off. Couldn't turn it back on for a few days!

Grumpy.....
Killing time in the Barnes and Noble bookstore. Of course I have to check out the fantasy books (not that I need any).
There is ONE aisle!
Walk up A to J, walk back J to Z!
Really????

Yep, I've been to stores like that. It's so frustrating, because when there would be a group read on here, I couldn't find the book except in online stores. Since I have moved to a town with no new book bookstores, I've become more reliant on online used bookstores- I usually can't afford new book prices.
Right Brenda, we need to sort your slump. What was the last book that you read through and enjoyed? Also what sort of book, genre, do you think you'd like?

No you don't wish you could game, Jenna. I got totally hooked on gaming thanks to a friend here on Goodreads. I was reluctant but installed King of Kings 3 just to please him. I got totally hooked and when the developers killed that game I downloaded another, Perfect World International. For three years my reading and writing (four novels so far) went to hell. I lost all my old Goodreads friends from neglect.
These games are ADDICTIVE and will suck the life out of you. They're not really that much fun either. People get addicted to them because of the false sense of accomplishment they deviously feed you but reading and writing, even Facebook, Twitter and other social media are lots more fun and don't interfere with real life as much.
I would probably still be addicted except the constant sitting at my computer gave me blood clots in my left leg which turned into a pulmonary embolism which put me into the emergency room and from there to surgery and a one week hospital vacation. NOT FUN!
I offer this as a warning to all authors and gamers. Monitor your time at the computer: 90 minutes max with 30 minutes exercise minimum between sessions!

I was in the middle of Jennifer Roberson's Tiger and Del series.
Read it...love it....just can't keep my mind on reading.
I hope the beginning of June will change it all.
This is my moving month. If I can find a home for everything...and I have a lot.....I'll be much more relaxed.
I have to...I'm going nuts here.
lol

I use my Xbox 360 to game- then use my stationary bike at the same time. I exercise more, and it helps motivate me. Not all gaming is bad, necessarily. I alternate between reading and gaming as my focus, but I try to stick to reading.
Oh, I have a grumpy rant of my own: I woke up to a beautiful sunshiny day, put on my favorite tank top, and went outside... a bird pooped on me. Can I say I'm having a sh...ot day? I think it qualifies.

: )"
Yeah, sure Brenda. I'll send him your way when he's feeling like landing a shot next time. ;)

... because I was really enjoying reading River of Stars. I was nearing the end but at the same time I was feeling a connection to the characters and was so happy it´s not over yet.
I´m done with the book now and I actually cried, it was so good.

Okay, I'm giving you to the end of June then I'm holding an intervention. No pressure. Moving will be tough, good luck.

I exercise often anyway (I walk at least 5km everyday in addition to swimming regularly and running sometimes), so I'm not worried about my exercise time getting cut when I do other things such as gaming.
I think it just comes down to how much self control one has when playing games. Gaming isn't necessarily a bad thing unless you allow it to take away from other things that you must do or are important to you. If I do have the chance to play a game and I notice that it is taking away from my regular life, I will stop playing it. Also, I'd much rather play games than use social media. Goodreads, and sometimes Instagram, are about the only social media platforms I use - I find Facebook and Twitter extremely boring.
Partially because I can't play a lot of games, and partially because I enjoy it a lot more, I read much more often than I game. I understand your point that exercise is definitely important and it is dangerous to play games if you are a person who gets addicted to it, but I would agree with Talitha that gaming is not bad all the time for every person and I simply wish that I had the ability to game a bit more.

Where does all the stuff come from?
*wish I was into gaming, maybe it would give me a break*

Where does all the stuff come from?"
Yeah, moving is always a lot of work. Good luck! :)

There are some very important pieces ie...artwork...that need to be safely moved.
And my grandparent's furniture.

Also, I hate that I'm a night person because I always feel really motivated doing housework, gardening or just reading or watching anime and laughing out loud, during the night. It may bother (it does bother) neighbours and I wish I could be a day person because I don't enjoy being a nuisance.

Just keep going, it'll be worth it in the end. I ended up packing alsorts as I ran out of time.

I don't just want to give everything away, as if the last 16 years of my life didn't exist.
When they agreed to let me move in for a time, did they think I didn't have anything?
Two pots, 6 tools for gardening, a bag of potting soil, pictures, BOOKS, clothes..........??????
I can't wait till this is over!
I wish I was there I'd give you a hug, open a bottle of your favourite drink and rant with you. Parents do have some daft ideas but they love you. We knew this was going to be tough after last year. But. You are strong and capable. Go walk, run, dance and let it blow over. Xxx

Thank you.
It seems to bother me only occasionally.
Had a great time later at a neighbor's fire.
Neighbour has a man in with a hammer and chisel. Sounds like he's coming through to mine. Luckily, they've gone away so only I had to wake up early!
The plumber will visit between 12:00 and 18:00. Hmm, run out of food and milk, never mind I'll go after the plumbers been. 18:00 phones and asks where is your plumber? He's very busy, he has reached your area and only has three people left including you. Humphh etc. Carries on waiting. 21:00 well still no plumber and the shop has shut. Guess I'm on hot chocolate & the remaining strawberries. Still no bathroom basin!!!!!! Very cross
