Adding a new edition

Hi, should i add a new edition of the book if it already exists by the same publisher but it's a newer edition?

I have a copy of lolita which is a 2014 edition of this. It's exactly the same except it has it's own ISBN and the description is completely different. Should these kind of editions be added?

Yes, since it has a different ISBN. If it had just been a reprint (Same ISBN/Cover/etc..) we do not usually add.
