Toby nodded slightly," well that's alright I was just wondering if she ever said anything to you."
She shook her head,laying back on the bed with a sigh. "She tends to drink a lot when he is not home.
He frowned," well you can come to my house if you want."
she shook her head "I would feel like a nuisense"
"You wouldn't be a nuisance." He told her
she shrugged, rolling to burry her face into the pillow.
He watched her as Harley jumped up onto the bed
Emily sighed softly. "You are very far." she whispered, referring to his distance across the room.
"Hmmm?" He asked looking over at her," I can move."'
She looked over, patting the edge of the bed.
He got up and moved over to the bed with her
She nodded "See? thats better."
She smiled and rolled over slowly "Thank you." she whispered, curling up and laying her head in his lap.
He chuckled softly and smiled as she laid her head in his lap," better?" He asked
she nodded "yes." she said simply, closeing her eyes.
He smiled and brushed his fingers thru her hair
She smiled, feeling his fingers through her hair. "Do you think my hair is too long?" she whispered softly.
He shook his head," no I think it's perfect."He answered
She nodded and smiled softly. She put her hand on his knee before relaxing again.
He stayed still while she just laid there in his lap. He gently played with her hair a little
"You really are too nice." she said softly. "If you have a girlfriend she is very lucky....you are like daddy, you care so much."
He smiled a little bit," Well my girlfriends happen to be the two pit bulls that are around us right now."
Emkily giggled softly. "thats a shame...well I mean not that you love your dogs...but the fact that someone is missing out."
He chuckled a little bit," ohh really?" He asked," so who do you think I should be dating?"He asked
she shrugged "Thats not for me to decide."
"But I asked you."He said tickling her sides gently
She giggled softly, moving to push him away. "Stop that I dont know." she laughed .
"Awwwe come on you must have some ideas." He said not tickling her anymore
She rolled onto her back and spread out. "I don't know...somebody nice, somebody that would appreciate what you do."
He nodded a little bit," Well when you find her let me know."'
She blushed and nodded quietly.
He smiled at her as he leaned back on his hands
"Is there seriously noone you know like that?" She asked softly.
"Hmmm nope not really most are just after my money." He answered
"Money?" She asked "you are just a teacher." She said quietly. "Besides why chase after someones money and not their heart, that is just silly."
He nodded," I'm not just a teacher Emily." He said softly," and it happens all the time if you think about it.. A lot of people marry for money and not for love."
Emily pouted well thats not right." She said quietly.
She looked up and smiled "you need someone respectable."
he smiled happily "You seriously don't know anyone who likes you?"
"No I seriously don't." He answered
He smiled a little bit," Why do you know someone who likes me?" He asked
She shrugged and curled into a tight ball.
He looked at her," You must know someone."He said teasing her a little bit
He looked down at her," do I get to know who it is?" He asked reaching for her
