She nodded, moving over and layng her head against his shoulder.

He smiled a little bit and slipped his arms around her
"So what have you been doing as I am in and out of sleep?" she asked.
"Ohhh just working on school stuff." He replied
She smiled and nuzzled into his shoulder, not really thinking about her actions as she did .
Toby looked down at her as she snuggled closer to him. He didn't know what he should do knowing he would get fired if he continued down the path he was heading with Emily but at that point really didn't care that much
"So is school all you would be thinking about if I where not here?" he asked gently. "seems boring to me."
"No I wouldn't." He answered softly," I probably would have gone out for a run with Harley and Keely."
she shook her head. "noone should be outside right now, it still looks horrible."
He laughed softly," that's true but they like playing in the snow."
She nodded and cuddled closer, putting her legs over his lap.
He smiled a little and hugged her a bit
"We should do something so I don't fall asleep again." she said softly.
"We could but you need your rest if we are going to the bookstore tomorrow." He answered
she pouted but did not try to argue as she layed her head back down on his shoulder, gingerly raising a hand to his face.
He smiled a little and let his cheek rest against her head holding her close
"Your face is soft." she said quietly, fighting off sleep.
"Well thanks." He replied with a soft smile
"Now go to sleep." He told her softly
"So you can go to the bookstore."
